- Sonia (3/5): - 12 km del aeropuerto. Lo más cerca que encontré y precio razonable. Y las mascotas 😍 No volvería a alojarme allí. No estuvimos cómodos.
- González García (8/5): -
- Juan Pablo (7/5): - Friendly hosts, fine distance to airport, good bed. Bedding and towels are washed but you see they are old. The area is not very welcoming. But the house itself is!
- Karácsonyi (1/5): - A medence valoban rendezett A környèk lepusztult, külvàrosi, földutas ijesztő. Nem volt àram rengeteg a szùnyog.
- Mariana (6/5): - La atención de Patricia Los vecinos ruidosos

- Fresbee (6/5): - Właściciela bardzo miła. Było pełne wyposażenie kuchni. Ciepła woda. Niestety było trochę brudno w łazience i plamy na pościeli. Pieski w nocy szczekały więc było czasem głośno.
- Georgii (8/5): - The property was spacious and clean with a pool. The bed was very comfortable, and the room had all the amenities (wi-fi, fridge, AC, fan, basic cookware) I needed. The hosts were nice, and they have two very well-behaved and cute dogs. It was quiet at night. The property is located in a residential area far from the center of the city. Unfortunately, when I was staying, many of the roads in the area were in pretty poor condition. That made traveling to and from the apartment longer than it should have be. Also some of the facilities (a bathroom sink, for example) were slightly shoddy (but still perfectly functional)

- Benedetta (6/5): Non proprio accogliente…
- Ericka Gabriela (10/5): -
- Hannie Lou (5/5): It is ok because the price is good. Hopefully next time they can clean the property nicely. - It is dusty. Looks like it is unoccupied for a month and also the bathroom is dirty, that’s why i clean it before I use it
- Daniel (8/5): - Las personas muy amables.. No hay nada cerca de la zona..
- Giacomo (4/5): Disappointing -
- Yunjia (9/5): Superb -
- Antoanela (6/5): Pleasant - Nice people On booking the property has shuttle for the airport, but that is not true. Is a taxi you have to pay yourself.
- Varvara (6/5): Pleasant -
- Aung (8/5): Very good - The place is so quite and calm with the trees . Maybe you can feel like you’re at home . Besides, the dogs , they are so adorable and greet me with their tails.
And the host are very friendly and helpful. Thanks for lending batteries for me . I couldn’t able to say thank you and goodbye my flight time was early in the morning and i left early. Once again , Thanks a lot for letting me stay a night. Shower pump head drops only small amount of water
- Bianka (9/5): Superb -
- Roy (10/5): Exceptional -
- Hector (7/5): Good -
- Austin (10/5): Exceptional - The lock for the room was sticky and I had trouble opening it sometimes. Also the neighbors were very loud
- Flavia (1/5): DO NOT GO! Area too dangerous ⚠️⚠️ - I did not have the courage to leave the taxi. The area is way too dangerous. DO NOT GO 🙏🏼
- Muhammad (8/5): Nice place to stay for family vacation. Not far from the airport. Reasonable price - Its a facility with 1 master bedroom with 1 queen size bed, one writing table, a dressing table with mirror, ceiling fan and air conditioner and tv.
1 smaller room with 2 single beds, small side table and small cupboard, ceiling fan and table fan.
kitchen with sink and cooking stove, some pots and pans, plates, bowls, mugs and glasses, a fridge, microwave,
a 4-seater dining table, and a sofa. the wifi is excellent. The house is nicely decorated. It rained heavily with thunderstorm and the lights and wifi went off the whole night.
There is no wardrobe or special place to hang your clothes. You can just fold and keep them in the cupboard.
- Mohammed (1/5): Never go to this worst place - Nothing is good .. worst place ever One of the worst place i ever saw
- Lucia (8/5): Very good -
- Nazmul (8/5): Very good -
- Odette (8/5): Good for solo traveler. - Infront of the pool. Gate is always lock. Garden with the sorrounding. Owner is accomodating. No aircon. Only electric fan and it’s hot.
- Mookamook (7/5): Scary neighborhood. No aircon. - Convenient to the airport. Pretty property. Scary neighborhood. No aircon. Pay for the taxi from a better location.
- Jaclyn (1/5): Avoid at all costs - The room was fine and reasonably clean. The host did help me reserve a taxi which ended up being important (see below for more detail). Of the dozens of places I have stayed on booking.com around the world, this may rate the lowest. A list of issues below:
1. There are two medium sized dogs that will greet you by barking and jumping when you arrive, struggling to open the gate with the keys that don’t work very well. As someone who is nervous around dogs, this was very stressful. The hosts told me about the dogs after I made a non-refundable reservation. I asked them if the dogs were inside because I was scared of them and they didn’t respond.
2. Said dogs barked right outside my room during a good part of four hours I stayed at the hotel (out of six total). It sounded like they were in my room. I could also hear
them pacing around and slurping water. Given that I arrived at 10 pm, this meant that I didn’t get a wink of sleep. So my plan to get some rest out before my 6am flight went out the window. I reached out to the host three separate times to ask/let her know about the dogs. Absolutely no response.
3. Due to the dog noise situation, as well as loud music from the neighbors, I figured I would get better rest at the airport in a chair so tried to get a taxi to leave asap. I was dismayed to find out many taxi companies won’t come to this area as it’s known for being very dangerous. I did some research and this neighborhood is considered the most dangerous In Cancun - drug selling, killing of people, etc.
4. The keys were terrible and it was very hard to get in and out of the gate. It was frustrating, but in an emergency I would be scared to be locked in or out. Really a safety issue.
5. The room itself had a huge door that was see through, which meant no privacy and a lot of bright lights.
6. The wifi didn’t work and there’s not a good cell phone signal.
7. No hot water.
8. The thing that added insult to injury was the lack of responsiveness of the host when I expressed concerns. No one is on site, it’s self check in and they are not responsive.
- Dhai (8/5): Quick and comfortable - Convenient and low cost. Not long enough there to evaluate. We came in after 10 and slept. Left by 8 am.
- Gary (9/5): Would readily stay here again! - Host went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and memorable. No A/C
- Jessica (10/5): Exceptional -
- Vega (7/5): Good - The place is quite nice and comfortable to stay in. The neighbors renting the property next to this were too loud with a party. However, this is not the owner's fault, couldn't be avoided
- Ewa (8/5): Very good -
- Payal (4/5): Only book if no other options - The property has parking and pool and friendly dogs. If you are not driving don’t book it. The villa Igor doesn’t have windows just the mosquito net hence no air con. Also the main door lock doesn’t lock from inside. Also the bathroom door knob is broken. As it’s in a residential area difficult to find and when we checked in there was a party next door which played loud music until 2am.. the shower head barely works and can do with replacement.
- Bernardo (6/5): Pleasant - Communication with host Location
- Terianne (1/5): it was a nightmare. - it was in a dangerous area n i was not told that.i found out (not from the hostess!) that there’s a nighttime curfew.
it took 20 minutes to get the hostess attention n unlock the gate
NO HOT WATER
NO TOILET PAPER.
host was difficult to get ahold of when i wanted to
tell her no toilet paper n no hot water.
the bathroom was pretty but smelled terribly a mix of a mix of mold n feces.
please take this property off your site. these are not serious people.
i am trying to cancel today because otherwise you’re going to charge me tomorrow 11/20 n i don’t want to pay and i fact i want my money back. the host should me ashamed to offer that regardless of the price.
- Giorgia (10/5): Very nice! - The room is super nice and clean. There are nets on the window for the mosquitoes. The pool is amazing to refresh yourself in the Cancun heat!
The host is extremely available and approachable. It's a bit hard to get there, impossible without a car
- Dagoberto (8/5): Very good -
- Videira (7/5): Good - Everything was fine, finding it was not so easy No AC makes it very hard to sleep in such a hot room, other then that everything was fine
- Luis (10/5): Exceptional -
- Dinesh (10/5): A comfortable and relaxing place. - Very clean place and the swimming pool is right by the room.
- Fiol (5/5): Passable - The owners where writing us very nice. but finally we haven't meet.
The best bed ever!
very, very sweet dog! it was dirty. it was uncared. Bathroom was like if someone just used it and no one cleaned after...
kitchen was also stinky and dirty. even a dose of coffee right there open.... There are no doors to close the window or the huge "balcony".
- Ricard (10/5): It was a very maxing relaxing stay besides all the sweating overall it’s a lovely place to stay - It had its own swimming pool and was very relaxing stay The only thing I would say is that there is no AC and it could get very hot sometimes.
- Tanyat9 (5/5): Nice facilities but unsafe neighbourhood - The place itself was lovely, the dogs were sweet and it was easy to get in with the lock code. The owners were amazing and helped us line up a taxi for 4am to get back to the airport at a fair price. Comfy bed and fridge, lots of amenities, great price. The location was very unsafe- this may be a fairly new development but several taxi's refused to even take us to this neighbourhood stating it has been taken over by the narcos. When we finally found someone who agreed to take us, they charged us over $60US for a 15 min cab ride (again stating due to the area) and the taxi driver warned us the whole time not to go out, not to leave the property, that it was very unsafe. We had no water and were too scared to leave the room. Everything was completley shuttered and we didn't see a single person out of the street after 9pm, whereas normally in Mexico the streets are bustling,,,the property did have a gate and nothing bad happened. We got into the room safely and the owners helped us get a safe ride back to the airport, but the location made the night extremely stressful for me....it's too bad because the property and owners are lovely and the insecurity of the location is not their fault at all but unfortunatley I would not reccomend anyone stay in this entire neighbourhood despite it being a close stopover to the airport....
- Anonymous (4/5): I stayed to be close to the airport and it was convenient for that. If you are a single woman (like me) you might want t -
- Ivan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Emily (10/5): Exceptional - Patricia is an angel. She was incredibly helpful with everything, constantly going above and beyond. We really enjoyed the garden with all of the tropical fruit trees, and the dogs are adorable and extremely well behaved. Just a bit of advice for fellow travellers - be prepared for high airport taxi prices even though Villa Igor is located close to the airport.
- Sebastian (7/5): good place, a little bit far than I thought -
- William (7/5): Suburban setting, minimal services - Lovely pool, good wifi, comfortable bed, big refrigerator, drinking water. It's also very close to the airport Best to have a car. Very few restaurants or coffee shops around. Is in a more residential neighborhood. Closest bank is 5 km away and taxis do not frequent the area. There are no staff available so must be self sufficient
- Alexandre (8/5): Very good -
- Johanna (8/5): Very good - Staff was welcoming and helpful. Easy to contact. They also arranged my transfer back to the airport with visit to pharmacy on the way. Handy for airport.
- Luz (8/5): Very good -
- Flo (8/5): it was cheap and therefore good value for money. but if you have to fix a taxi this has to be considered including in th - it was cheap and therefore good value for money. but if you have to fix a taxi this has to be considered including in the price for a night. if you have a rental car already I would recommend. no drinking water available.
- Annalisa (5/5): Passable - we chose this property based on the multiple full stars reviews of other clients, but to be honest I’m quite wondering if those were real. the facility itself was passable, I cannot say it was insufficient, but not worth the full (no even 7/10) stars advertised. the neighborhood was the real Mexican experience, which we did like, but there was nothing around, so even if it is close to the airport you pay what you saved to get around o even go close to a place with food. also, considering a taxi from downtown to the airport is 500 pesos and from the house to the airport is 300 pesos, you don’t even save that much. the room was so humid the bedsheets were almost moist, you won’t have shutters or dark curtains, meaning everyone can see inside and you sleep in the nightlight. some windows are opened and you are not able to close them (there is no glass). the pool was empty. we were provided two towels but did not feel like using them, they were moist and did not feel that clean. there is a lot of work to do. as little as you pay, it is still not worth it for the current situation the place present itself.
- Lea (10/5): Exceptional -
- Alex (8/5): stay here for one night as had a flight the following day, was clean tidy and friendly people, would stay again, - close to airport, clean, friendly
- Andrea (10/5): Exceptional -
- R (8/5): Very good - Great owner, lovely relaxing place, really near the airport. Not the hotel's fault, but our GPS sent us an odd way so we went down a lot of back roads with bad potholes which damaged our car. Stick to the paved road, it's actually really easy from the main road!
- David (8/5): Very good - Ideal for one night after or before flight. We got message with exact position, so was easy to find. All people there were very nice and helpful. The dogs are super cute and friendly. Bed is comfy, kitchen equipment ok. Fans were working well. Parking is no problem The bathroom stinks a bit.
There are almost no curtains and lights at the property are strong and turned on all night.
There is no ring bell, so check in can be problem without internet. But we didn't know exact time of arrival and one nice neighbour called them when we arrived
- Nadia (8/5): Very good -
- Nadia (9/5): Superb -
- Anonymous (8/5): Great staff! - The staff were super friendly. I didn’t have any cash and they gave me some money for the local bus. The bed was huge and it had two fans and a fridge. The shower wasn’t very good
- Renata (8/5): Very good - The lady was really lovely, we came very late but there were no issues with check in.
The bed was massive, a whole family would fit in :)
