• Ranvir Jangi (10/5): Will come back again! - The property owner/manager is super attentive. Will address any reasonable requests efficiently. The roTheom was spacious and bright with a large TV. We used the kitchen to prepare meals. The bus stop is directly outside. Oxxo store 10 min walking. Chadurai, restaurants and nightlife10-20 mins by car or bus. The hidden gem on the property is the friendly and knowledgeable Brisas Beach Bites team of English/Spanish speaking staff like Alex and Danny and others who are professional and always eager to assist. Their food choices are excellent. The large, clean pool is superb for swimming and relaxing. This section of South Delphine Beach offers a wonderful condomunium vacation alternative to the ever-present all-inclusive hotels. Nothing

• Tiscareño Hernandez (8/5): - La ubicación es excelente y quedas en muy buen lugar para moverte a cualquier parte. Sus instalaciones son buenas y quedas a unos pasos de la playa Hubo unas goteras de agua en el baño un solo día. Supongo que era del baño de arriba.

La playa no es la mejor pero podes estar tranquilo en los camastros

• Castillo Rico (10/5): Excelente estancia - Hermoso departamento, con vista a la laguna, excelente ubicación, playa privada, alberca, caminando llegas a un oxxo, a gomart y a playa delfines, todo el mobiliario funciona, puedes cocinar en el lugar. Saliendo tomas la ruta 1 que te conecta con parque las palapas. Excelente estancia, la persona encargada muy amable y empático. Los guardias muy atentos.
• ALBERTO (8/5): Muy buena estancia - Que tiene muy buena ubicación y que el personal que labora ahi y que te atiende es muy servicial y amable Que no le dan un excelente mantenimiento al departamento y hay varios detalles que lo hacen parecer descuidado, por ejemplo cuando llegamos había unas rejillas del closet fuera de lugar a punto de caer, una de las sillas de la habitación tiene rota la sentadera, el diseño de la regadera del baño no deja que se vaya bien el agua y queda un poco estancada al bañarse, no funciono la pantalla del comedor y le falta mantenimiento a los 2 minisplit.

• Gómez (10/5): Ecxelente opción, volveré - La playa es muy bonita en esta zona, tiene buen acceso y una alberca, el departamento tiene una excelente vista al lago aunque no tenga vista al mar. Todo dentro del departamento funciona perfectamente y está en excelente estado y limpio. El ruido de los carros en la noche, no sé si se pudiera hacer algo para mejorar eso pero es el único punto negativo que le veo, lo demás excelente
• Yurani (10/5): Todo muy bueno - Tiene una muy buena ubicación, está a 15 minutos caminando de Playa delfines, el apartamento es muy cómodo, la cocina está muy bien equipada, el condominio cuenta con piscina y playa privada La puerta de la ducha del baño no cierra bien, y se hace mucho reguero de agua en la parte de afuera del baño, pero además de eso todo muy bien

• Sofia (8/5): - The beautiful turquoise waters of the playa just nearby. A nice swimming pool. The residence is actually quiet, different from the busyness of some part of the zona hotelera. Our bedroom was facing the main road so we could not keep it open, it was noisy.

• Nina (10/5): Muy buena ubicacion, no falta nada, esta muy equipado, todo limpio y todo funcioando al 100 - Llegamos en la madrugada mucho antes del check-in estuve avisando por correo y no tuve respuesta por ese medio pero al llegar al departamento fueron demasiado amables y accesibles, nos permitieron hacer uso de las instalaciones para no estar tantas horas afuera, nos ofrecieron otra habitacion sin costo para poder descansar del viaje, resolvieron todas nuestras dudas y nos ayudaron en todo momento, el lugar es muy tranquilo y familiar. Que nos toco temporada de sargazo pero eso es ajeno a nuestra reserva, que no hay suficientes camastros

• Sara (10/5): Great value for money in excellent location - Location was great, quiet, pools were well maintained, owners were kind and very responsive, good level of security. Great value for money. The elevator didn’t work at the time but can’t really blame the apartment owner for that

• Miranda (9/5): So friendly, helpful and a real bargin - This was such a bargin option, it was by the beach and although you had to sign in fully on arrival late at night this was good because you were totally safe with a friendly door security. the host was so easy to communicate with, we had a wifi issue and she immediately came and resolved it for us. The onsite pool was beautifully clean, with easy beach access. The cleaning staff were also very welcoming and friendly. The view from the walkway infront of the apartments was beautiful out to sea and we went down to watch sunrise. There is also towels for in the house and for on the beach which really made a difference. The sofa bed was a bit smaller and less comfortable than we might have hoped. I felt sorry for my friend who was on that bed. Also the first day it was so hot and the aircon in the kitchen (room with sofa bed) was not very effective. Some of the kitchen bits could do we renewing. Honestly though it was a safe, clean place and a great price. We were 3 adults none of whom share a bed, if you were a group willing to share the two double beds in the bedroom this would be an even bigger bargain! I would say if you are used to 5 star hotels though this is not for you.
