• América (10/5): Celebrando el día de la madre con mis hijos (22 y 24 años) - El condominio es muy seguro y tranquilo; la piscina impecable, las camas comfortable. Totalmente equipado. Y aire aconducionado en cada habitacion y living - comedor. Un convenience store a 5 minutos. Transporte publico y taxis a 50 metros. A 200 metros del ferry a Isla Mujeres. Manuela estuvo atenta a nuestras preguntas y nos dió excelente recomendaciones. Nada, Todo muy bien.

• Gave Cárdenas (10/5): El mejor lugar para quedarse en Cancun - Lo comoda y acogedora que era la casa, la ubicación también fue un factor muy importante que nos gustó demasiado asi como la cercanía a la piscina y playa. Más aún la amabilidad de Manuela quien nos recibio a la hora de nuestra llegada y nos ayudo siempre que lo necesitábamos.

• Vinciane (9/5): - L'appartement est très fonctionnel et bien équipé avec deux chambres et deux salles de bains. Le complexe est situé au bord d'une petite plage très agréable, un peu préservée du brouhaha incessant de Cancun mais tout de même situé à proxilité de commerces et restaurants. La communication avec les propriétaires est facile. Il faudrait remplacer le matelas du lit de la grande chambre
• Robert (9/5): Great place for a quiet vacation for a couple or the family - Safe and secure. View from the room. It was just the right size with a nice, full kitchen and living area. Pool and beach just outside the back door. Friendly people. Great showers. The beds were comfortable enough. Slept well and enjoyed our stay. Wifi was a bit slow.

• peyrou (10/5): Vue époustouflante piscine/mer/palmiers! Confortable et serein, je recommande à 100% - La gentillesse et l’accueil de Manuela, la vue époustouflante!! La réalité dépasse de loin les photos car la piscine et la plage sont juste devant la grande baie vitrée: les lever de soleil mémorables! On se sent aussi en sécurité : gardien 24h/24, pour garer sa voiture c’est top. Tout proche des commodités et de l’embarcadère ferry vers islas Mujeres! En résumé, nous avons passé une semaine très sympathique en famille!! Je recommande vivement cette location!! Pas d’étendoir pour sécher le linge, mais une blanchisserie pas très loin, c’est courant au Mexique de ne pas avoir de lave linge

• Dafna_Dafy (10/5): El mejor hospedaje de Cancún - La ubicación está espectacular, sales y tienes la playa enfrente, bien tranquilo el lugar, gente muy atenta y amable, tiene seguridad por todas partes. Tiendas cercanas para comer y un Oxxo. Manuela una anfitriona excelente 🙏 le agradecemos mucho por toda la atención y amabilidad. Todo me gustó

• Laura (8/5): It was a good experience being our first visit to Cancun, this is an affordable location, lovely and well maintained pro - The property was very clean and well maintained, condo exceptionally clean. If you enjoy walking, there are restaurants and small convenience stores within walking distance. For some, it may be a bit far... we enjoy exercise so it didn't bother us at all, actually enjoyed it. There are gentlemen on staff who will assist getting water, ice and answer questions. our host was available if and when we needed her, much appreciated. If you're looking for complete R&R, this is your spot! Very quiet especially morning till late afternoon. You will enjoy watching boats enter an exit every five minutes, a bonus for this property. Another plus, we were able to drop our bags and change clothes earlier than check in time… This was huge for our situation being we were there a short period and arrived very early. The ferry to Isla Mujeres is within walking distance, well worth the trip and only $33 per person round-trip. The yacht is air-conditioned with TV screens for the 20-30 minute ride. The facilities available are limited to beach and swimming pool, no fitness equipment or bar, however, we knew this prior to booking and would definitely not detour us from booking next visit.
• Eric (8/5): Our hosts were amazing. The property is safe and, in my opinion, better than staying in a large all inclusive. The locat - The apartment was perfect for two couples. The pool was right outside the door, and the beach was just beyond that. We had everything we needed! I wish there were a few more towels. I know that sounds silly, but when staying there for a week, we used them often. There were a few areas in the bathroom that were patched and unattractive. Overall, we LOVED the property!

• Matthew (7/5): Good - The complex was very well kept. Gated with security staff. Felt very safe. Lovely pool and private beach area with sunbeds etc. Host Emmanuel was helpful and answered queries immediately. The furniture and soft furnishings have gotten grubby 😒 The area has very little by way of restaurants, cafes or bars within walking distance. It is mostly full board hotels in this area.. These are reserved for guests only.

• Josipa (10/5): Exceptional - La Casita has all we needed for our stay at Zona Hotelera in Cancun. Comfortable beds, kitchen, access to the pool and small beach just right in front! Also parking, and of course vicinity to restaurants, ferry to Isla Mujeres and absolutely safe. All great and would recommend for economic stay in this Cancun paradise! Sunrise from balcony door was unforgettable... Manuela is a great, warm, helpful and kind person - thank You! The lagoon and ferries are close, but that did not bother us. Also, as this is not always the practice in Booking and i got initially worried, but all is correct: the host asks for 20% of the cost to be transferred pretty early in reservation, and the rest by cash on the day of arrival.

• Pepijn (10/5): A very warm and comfortable stay at Casita del Mar! - The host was really kind and giving us a very warm welcome once we arrived. It is an amazing cozy house next to the beach with a lovely swimming pool. The location is very convenient as well as it's close to the bars as well as to the center of Cancun. Also it is very quiet and it feels very secure. Nothing that I can think off.
