Guest Reviews
- Alexander (10/5): I had a great stay and would be happy to stay there again next time I am in Cancun. - The location was great for my purposes (in El Centro, near the bus station and public transit and great street food), the place came well equipped and the host was very responsive.
- Irina (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was perfect. Cosy, clean flat with everything what you need. I recommend. 1

- Decomotan (7/5): None - Not that much None
- Kutluhan (8/5): Good location, secure for a fair price - Location good. Secure apartment. Maybe a picture from apartment to recognise it more easy e.g at night was little difficult yo find the door.
- Sofy (9/5): Close to ADO bus station! - Close to the ADO bus station which was perfect for catching an early flight! The laundry helped us as we had got a but of clothes to wash by this time during our stay. Area looks a bit sketchy, but I got that vibe from all of Cancun. When we left for our bus to the airport at 2:30 am, there were still bars playing loud music, but we couldn't hear anything into the actual apartment. The water pressure I the shower was a bit low. The internet was a but wonky, but was fixed while we were out on a tour all day, so it didn't bother us too much. We had the first floor, which meant being closer to the mosquitoes. Keep in mind not to kee windows/ doors open too long so that you don't let them in.
- Becky (10/5): Very satisfied - Very close to bus-ADO Terminal. Close to Mercado 23 for fruits and browsing. Close to bus R1 that goes to beaches and hotel zone. Close to grocery store for water and anything else. Very secure apt. All went well, Saul was very helpful. If you take "combi" sm van for local rides, those take u to mall a few miles away. There's also a Walmart not too fat away. There are lots of places to eat along the main avenue.
- Geoffrey (8/5): Cancun March 2024 - It was very comfortable, good size & wasn't to bad a location, close to a bus station & vans & little restaurants The brochure shows a beach but it's a long way from the beach
- Petra (10/5): Amazing - We had a great stay. The apartament had everything we needed. The location was great - 3 minutes walking to ADO bus, 1 minute walking to the bus that takes u to the hotel zone and ferries. Close to shops and restaurants 🙂
- Wang (10/5): Exceptional -
- Lukas (7/5): Good - Good price.
Located near the downtown. At the ceck-in we had problems with the provided code for the front gate, so we had to contact the host, who answered the phone two hours later.
Lots of long black hair in the bathroom, when we first entered.

The communication in advance was friendly and good. We had no problems finding the place and getting in. We had only a short encounter with the employee (?) there (Saul). He was very nice and funny.
It was super clean. We had all we needed. The beds were a bit short but OK and comfortable. The AC, the wifi and the shower worked well. We liked the terrace. Although we didn't really use it (we only stayed there for two nights). We absolutely loved the decor. Such a nice place!
We really liked the location. It's right around the corner from the bus stop. So you can easily get there from the airport and later start to everywhere in the Yucatán region easily. There are different bars and restaurants and a super cute little market. (I think it's even the oldest in Cancún.) It was a bit more authentic. There were more Mexicans around than tourists. What we enjoyed.
We personally felt safe and nothing weird or suspicious happened. But of course it's downtown and not some holiday resort. Not really anything...
