• Chris (9/5): Family trip to Singapore - The parking is easy to navigate. Aircond is cold. The owner is fast to settle any inconvenience occur. Extra pillows and blanket were promptly sent when requested. Very near to ciq. There is a loud lion dance on Friday night for 2 hours in the opposite of the unit. There were no lights at the lift area after 7pm.

• Shahul (6/5): - Very convenient location. 1. It's almost impossible to sleep at night because of the thin windows which are not double glazed. The constant revving of motorbikes keeps u awake. The roads only quiet down around 2am. 2. The master bedroom A/C is leaking badly and the compressor is very noisy, u can't turn on the AC and sleep because the compressor noise is too loud. 3. Master bedroom toilet sink is leaking water from the drain pipe. 4. Common toilet sink is choked.

The seamless check-in process, property cleanliness, the thoughtfully curated appliances, from a well-equipped kitchen to convenient laundry accessories, made the space feels homely and comfortable. The one area for improvement would be the windows. Whilst the overall experience was fantastic, the lack of double-pane windows made the outside noises - particularly motorcycles - noticeable at times.

• Raduandreipopescu (9/5): Good value for money, excellent positioned in JB, close to Singapore border - Very well positioned, near border to Singapore (CIQ) and close to a big mall (JB Central Square). The apartent is big, perfect for 2 couples or a family with 2-4 child. The view was nice, as time as the condo is at 23 floor. The facilities was ok, everything you need . The appartment is not new, so some things need to be refurbish. This is the reaseon for the 9.

• Munirah (10/5): Great place to stay! - Place was really amazing. Wasn't dusty or dirty. Feels like they had put a lot of thought into what guests need. They also have 2 extra foldable seahorse mattresses for extra guests which is great if your kids need to sleep on the floor. Extra comforters and pillows were provided too so that was great. The master room has a king bed with 4 pillows, which was a dead breaker cos my baby sleeps next to me. The other room has a queen bed with 4 pillows too, except missing a mirror. Would be great if there was a mirror in the guest room and hooks in the master bedroom. If owner can provide extra pillowcases and mattresses covers, that would be great too. The toilets are relatively clean, not spotless, but clean. Towels were provided too, so that's great.There is also a water dispenser at the kitchen, cutleries were provided. There is netflix, WiFi works fine too. Views from the rooms were really stunning! Location is great, just opposite R&f, so there is traffic here. Can't walk here cos it's quite far and the bridge isn't completed, so you have to take cab from CIQ. we booked very last minute at 9pm for the next day and the owner responded so quickly! Best part was that the owner was really kind enough to let us checkout at 12pm which was really nice of them. would definitely come here again! The bedsheets looks a bit worn out and definitely needs changing. Towels were a bit musky, so maybe needs to be dried more or laundry soap needs to be changed. Pillows probably need protectors or just changed cos they were musky too. Water dispenser filter might need to be changed too cos for some reason the water tastes very weird, like ground water. My filteref water does that when I need to change so it's probably time anyway. Apart from this tho, it's a really great place to stay. I'll still come back again!

We kind of lost our way and he tried his best to make sure we made it to the appartment. Overall my family is comfortable with the appartment.

• Miss (8/5): A great place to stay with family! Super convenient if you want to go on a day trip to SG! - It had everything I needed. The smart TVs helped kept the kids entertained. I would've felt safer if the door had latches we could use to lock. Also the windows and balcony could use safety bars or grill. It's a bit worrying if you have small kids.

Bed is good and I have a good night sleep daily, The master bedroom toilet design - wet after shower and take a long time to dry up, the toilet bowl and drawer are unable to close. Pipes was all over the place, you have to be careful taking shower cream and shampoo. Overall, it is clean, just that the cloth, towel look dirty and the disposable shoe is not what I have expected, my feet was itchy after wearing it. There are ants on the dinning table.

• Siti (9/5): We enjoyed our stay - The unit is very clean. Bed is comfortable, pillow is soft. Spacious bedroom, living room and dining room. It has a good size kitchen. The place is very safe. Aircond unit in the master bedroom was leaking. Uncomfortable stay under hot weather. We have lodged complaint hope the owner will repair asap.

• Jeremy (9/5): Superb - - The check in procedure is quite easy - Internet and netflix works well - nice view from the window - there were was machine, microwave, place to dry clothes, kitchenetes. - location near to mall and food court (right next to the apartment) - the bed cover was a bit moist - one air con remote didn't work, but there still a switch on and off, only you can't set different temp.
• Miao (10/5): Exceptional - Easy check in. Best homestay ever had. The place is really clean and very convenient. Both R&F mall and Conneisuer Food Generation (this is just beside!) are both walking distance to the apartment. The streets are also brightly lit, so don’t have to be afraid of walking to these places. Maybe the bedroom lights can be dimmer. Had a little issue making my baby slp with the bright lights. And the mirror can be shifted to other places. 😊
• Happy (9/5): Clean and comfortable - The access is easy, the swimming pool is clean, it is cold though (beware). The rooms are clean (this is very important). Loves the wares provided in the kitchen, very handy, if you order Grab.

• S (3/5): Not value for money at all, place needs major updates - The beds were comfy. Rooms are spacious and yes, Netflix worked. Washing machine worked and we were able to wash the towels provided eventually. It does have nice sea view and is on the 23rd floor. Communicates very well. Place was not clean. The towels had stains and looked like they were not washed. They had a coffee machine with no coffee pads provided, When asked, we were told post covid they stopped providing them. Its strange, as these are basic amenities every hotel/airbnb provides these days. Covid is in the past now. Same excuse for not providing us washing liquid. The place is 1 km walk to RF mall, so not nearby. Imagine walking with shopping bags for a km in the humidity. There is no private pool that comes with the apartment (as stated in the ad). It is a pool shared by the people within the entire building (prolly has 50+ units). Air-conditioning unit does not work well. Main room the cooling was excessive, had it on 28C but was freezing. The other room, had it on 18 and it was still quite warm and had to use the fan at night. Perhaps the units need a new filter and due a major service. Water also leaked from one of them. The place is old and could use a major uplift. We checked out a day earlier, as this was not a place for us (did not request a refund or anything, just wanted to get out of there).
• Joanna (10/5): Nice apartment with amazing view - Very comfortable apartment with amazing view. Lots of useful facilities to make your stay more pleasant. We stay just for one night so we didn’t notice any disadvantages of this place.
• Peck (8/5): Very good - Feel like home, especially the host provide a water dispenser with hot and cold water. The food court just next to the condo. The sound of basses from disco some where around the condo that went on till early morning.
• Tomodoshika (10/5): Great accommodation!! - The clean accommodation, the facilities, the view ..walking distance to R & F Mall, some minimarts and shops. Great location which is nearby to the immigration customs..and nice host! Toiletries such as toothbrush and toothpaste not provided so we have to buy at the supermarket nearby.
• Elisa (9/5): love the apartment, shame the way the city is designed makes it hard to get to places on foot. - beautiful comfortable and clean apartment with sea views. 2 tvs complete with Netflix. very comfortable and modern. has all amenities that you would need. construction all over Johor city, so you have to walk a lot further to get across to RF mall than on the map and then most shops seem to have closed down. from what we can tell there is very limited walking routes to get to the town part of Johor with motorways with no footpaths and lots of construction in the way.

Will still here again! - We didn't drive, but it was easy enough to get to via the overhead walkway from JB Sentral train station. Host was very friendly and helpful, and so were the security personnel at the property.

We got there very, very late ant night, and she was gracious in offering us a late checkout the next day. It would have been nice to have some coffee or tea available, but a small matter.

The master bedroom toilet was leaking when we checked in. The water flows all over to the bedroom floor and we can’t use the master bedroom as we have children and 1 of them almost slipped. 1 of the family had to sleep at the hall floor

• Norlida (10/5): SUPER STAYCATION & HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! - We stayed there for 4 days 3 nites, That was a great stayed! The Condo is very nice, comfortable, clean and the view from the balcony is beautiful. The owner also provide washing machine, vacuum and other basic facilities. I highly recommended for those whose want to come with families or friends. I also want to highlight about the security guard at the main entrance gate, credit to them... they all very helpful & friendly. i will sure comeback to stay here. And hopefully they can maintain the quality of the service. Well Done Owner & The Team! nothing :)
