Hay personal muy amable que controla el ingreso de personas al complejo. El departamento es muy cómodo y tal cual las fotos. Limpieza un 10. La llegada al departamento muy cómoda. Hay ventilador y aire acondicionado. La cocina es muy completa. RECOMIENDO ESTE LUGAR. Muchas gracias por hacer nuestra estancia agradable! Todo estuvo excelente.

Buenrostro (10/5): - El lugar se encuentra bien ubicado, es seguro, las instalaciones tienen buen mantenimiento, buena relación calidad y servicio, nuestra anfitriona siempre estuvo al pendiente.
Ashkan (8/5): - The amenity was great, very spacious, clean and comfy. Each of room had its own bathroom including shower. The kitcgen was well equipped. Location was 100% good, had dedicated pools and great beach, close to grocessories, bus stop and Las Isla plaza. And top of all, quick and helpful response via watsapp. Only we had one key which limited us for arrangements.
Nicole Koszela (9/5): Villa Marlin is in a perfect location, clean and safe. - Easy self check in, felt very safe with security on site 24/7, the complex is beautifully located on the beach front with pools and a little bar, there is a mall and grocery store few steps across the street, free parking in site, elevators, the unit was pretty small (which we expected) but very well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. No complaints and great value.

Arreola (10/5): Perfect getaway - Had everything we could need for our beach vacation. The condo offered beach/pool toys, chairs, coolers, etc. The pools and beach were only steps away. Loved the private beach area and felt super secure, plenty of security. It was super convenient to have the grocery/convenience store and pharmacy within a 3-minute walk.
Anna (9/5): Awesome stay - Great location and facilities. Very comfy beds and good hot water and pressure and everything you neee in kitchen with grocery store near by. Quiet at night. Very responsive hosts. I forgot my shoes there and they left them at security to pick up 3 days later when I realized. We will be back next year and will rent a sea view apartment.
Miroslav (7/5): Not a bad stay, kind of fair value for Hotel zone. - Good location, few steps to pool/beach. Staff has been very responsive to questions/requests. Apartment a bit worn out and could use some maintenance, e.g. not possible to fully close exterior blinds. Very difficult to get second access card for apartment, I would expect two/three cards as standard for a three bedroom apartment. No English speaking staff.
Jianjun (6/5): Meet our expectation overall, nice place to stay. - The price of this property is quite affordable, considering the location, access to the beachfront, and its easy walking distance to the grocery store and Kukulcan shopping mall. Our host, Rosina, was very helpful with most issues, and we really appreciated that. The apartment features beautiful outdoor pools and excellent beachfront views, which were great. I think booking a room with a balcony would make the experience even better. One significant issue for travelers is that if you arrive early, as we did—our flight landed at 6 a.m.—you may face some challenges. This apartment does not offer luggage storage or a waiting area like many hotels, leaving early arrivals without a place to rest before the standard check-in time. While our host was kind enough to allow us to check in at 1 p.m., the hours leading up to that were quite difficult. As a family with kids, we had to carry our luggage and wander around in a foreign country for six hours, which was a very unpleasant experience. Secondly, since this is an old building, the bathroom sink drainage was quite slow and requires significant maintenance. We also experienced a lot of noise during our stay. On the first two days, the room next door was undergoing renovation and remodeling, and during the daytime, we could hear loud construction noise. Additionally, at night, you could hear people talking and yelling through the window. Since our room did not have a balcony, it was very dark even during the daytime. If you want more sunlight in the room, you have to lift the door curtain, which compromises your privacy, as everyone walking by can clearly see inside. However, if you rely solely on artificial lighting, the lights were quite dim, making the room feel dark. Lastly, if you are not a Spanish speaker, you may find it difficult to communicate with the staff. During my stay, I had to rely on Google Translate to text and talk with them. While this worked, there were times when the language barrier caused some miscommunication. Oh, one more thing—I am not sure if this was specific to my room or a broader issue, but the Wi-Fi in my room blocked access to the Xcaret parks websites. I could only access them using my mobile phone's cellular data plan. I'm not sure why this happened.

Bathroom is disgusting!!! the shower was all the time clogged, no shampoo or conditioner just 1 toilet paper was provided, the hand soap is half soap half water, the pillows smell, the lights switch are horrible the decoration is ugly. it’s so small for 5 people
