• IRAKLIS (8/5): CONVENIENT - THE APARTMENT IS LOCATED IN THE ZONA HOTELERA OF CANCUN. IT'S A BIG ONE, WITH SPACIOUS BATHROOM, GOOD A/C AND FULLY EQUIPPED. IT HAS A TELEVISION SET, A COFFEE MACHINE, A FRIDGE AND FREE BOTTLE OF WATER. IT'S SITTUATED IN A QUITE DISTRICT, AND FEELS VERY SECURE. THE GUY AT THE RECEPTION (A GERMAN WHO SPOKE PERFECT ENGLISH AND SPANISH) WAS VERY HELPFUL. THE APARTMENT HAS NO BALCONY, ONLY A WINDOW, WHICH I REALLY DIDN'T LIKE.

La stanza è molto grande e ben fornita, anche di microonde, piatti, posate, bicchieri, nonché caffè, the e tisane. Addirittura in bagno abbiamo trovato a disposizione antizanzare e crema solare! A due passi da Playa Ballenas e 5 minuti di macchina da Playa Delfines. Raccomandato!

Had to comment on this because we just felt so zen when we were chilling in bed it was gorgeous!! Really good sized room. Clean. Well equipped. Would stay again! The pool area needed a little maintenance, a lot of the sun beds were broken. But this is an easy fix & was no biggie!

• Simran (7/5): Good - Basic motel style room with two full beds and a nightstand. Most basic amenities are there such as mini fridge, microwave, iron, TV, shower, toilet paper, cofre machine, some utensils and containers etc. It’s very close to the beach and the bus stop which is nice. As someone who has stayed in both an all inclusive resort and on the outside it is worth it to just get an all inclusive. You can see the entire “outside part” in one day. Any money you’re think you’re saving will be spent on just eating at restaurants, which are all super expensive in this area.
• Linda (8/5): Very good - Very nice apartement. Clean and tidy. Comfortable beds.The owner is very sweet, friendly and helpful. Near to the beach although we chose to go to the beach further north in the hotel zone, to get smaller waves. The 8 instead of 10 is only due to the poolarea that is a bit run down and could be more looked after. But fully ok to spend a day at unless you need luxorious pools with seaview. Well worth the money. We had a great stay! Thank you.

Heinz was very friendly, attentive, and always available 24/7. We were tired and unsure about what to do, where to eat, and which tourist activities to choose in a short stay, and all his recommendations were perfect. His care made us feel almost like family or long-term friends, we plan to return. The apartment is well located and extremely comfortable, spotless, and equipped with all the extras (beach cooler, sunscreen, beach towels, commercial brand shower gel, coffee machine). • Travellingpunk (9/5): Good deal for a quiet stay - It's a pretty good deal as compared to all the hotels around. The host is kind and helpful, gave me some beer and let me stay late after checkout time. The beach is 5 min away and the bus stops are also near so the location is pretty good. Lots of iguanas in the property :) Not a negative, but you need to understand that it's like a family place, i.e. you won't be able to have loud parties there nor bring any guests.

The beds were big and comfortable, the AC was very welcomed in the hot weather! The balcony is really nice and the garden so lush! I enjoyed the pool too! The bathroom was a little small but had everything we needed so not an issue

• Kirsty (7/5): Nice room in apartment complex- in need of do not disturb sign - Lovely room in apartment complex. The room was big and there was a pool on the property. It felt safe and clean. Advertised more of a hotel when it is actually private apartments and one room is rented. We came back from pool one afternoon to our room being cleaned by the 2 owners and they were looking closely and pointed at our things. Would of like to be asked/ warned of people coming in our room.

He was also sending us information about our trip we had around the Yucatan peninsula even after we checked out. Amazing host! Sending the passport copies before we checked in. But I also understand that it is mandatory to be able to pass through the security control to enter the villas.

• Tara (10/5): Beautiful and peaceful stay! - Clean and quiet, very well maintained and gated so there were no issues with safety. The Host was fabulous, sent several recommendations during my stay for places to eat and none of them disappointed. Even drove me down the hotel strip to familiarize myself with the stores and shops and where the bus would take me. Location of the property is excellent. Next to all the hotels and restaurants and the bus stop is right out front. Not much I didn’t like, pool was ok-just basic like what you would see at an apartment complex. Bathroom was very small but there were shelves to put some of your stuff, no counter space.
