• Pun WL (8/5): - Spacious and comfortable. Good location. Located just beside the Paradigm mall. There is no aircon in the living room. The sofa seat was a bit hard and the legs seem not sturdy. It would be nice to have a few more sofas and a sofa table.

• Tasbiha (7/5): good for the price - perfect for family stay, the property provided a couple of extra mattress & blankets. the instructions to check-in was also helpful and comprehensive the windows by the sink in the kitchen area were see-through with no blinds/curtains, could see people on the other side of the building. the iron & iron board provided were in bad shape - need to replace

• Wai (7/5): Good stay - Some things needed fixing after check-in, but the host was super friendly and replied really fast. Whenever I had a problem, they sorted it out immediately. Great place, I’d recommend it! The place is conveniently next to the highway, but do expect some unavoidable traffic jams.

• Juliana (2/5): Book at your own risk (never again for me) - Convenience to Paradigm mall from the back, bedroom mattress was comfortable Security guardhouse required a QR code to register which was not provided in the instructions and the host did not respond quickly to my message so I had to wait for the guard to call multiple numbers to get the QR code from the host. Then you have to drive to the back of the property to Block A to retrieve the key from the mailroom before driving to the carpark in the middle of the property. At the carpark lobby, you need to figure out which lift to take to the upper floor (there are 2 lifts in different directions). In the unit, the kettle was spoilt (cannot work at all), coffee table leg was damaged so table was unsteady, sofa seat is spoilt (had to use the extra pillows and blanket to put on the sofa to sit), the ensuite bedroom wardrobe door is broken / misaligned, neighbours' children were playing noisily in the corridor the next morning but most importantly, the wifi had no internet access (even though I restarted and rebooted several times) and the host asked me to hotspot from my 1GB personal data plan (which I purchased for emergency while travelling on the road) during my stay in order to watch anything on the tv. There is no tissue paper provided and the curtains can't even cover the balcony door and bedroom windows fully. Honestly, it's just a place to sleep and shower with no internet access to the outside world.

• Vivien (6/5): It was a pleasant stay in general, but certain things can be improved - The location is good, located just beside Paradigm mall. The check-in & check-out process is easy and hassle-free. The towel doesn't smell good, the water pressure in the common bathroom is quite low, check-in time is quite late, and you can only check in from 4 pm onwards during the weekend.
