• Adilawati (6/5): A quiet place in hustling Kuala Lumpur - Location was near where we needed to be for medical treatment. It was quiet despite being central of KL. The bedroom was of good size, comfortable and clean. Should have informed in the booking that cooking facility need to be requested with a deposit. Could have fixed one of the kitchen cabinet door which has come off the hinge and clean the kitchen drawers. Need to wash the sofa throw/blanket (it was 'smelly') Need to supply adequate toilet roll for the length of stay we booked.

• Fahima (5/5): There is no cleaning service and not all kitchen essential is provided. - The location is great. The floor and bathroom are not very clean. I have to clean the floor and bathroom myself. Mattresses with lot of stains, old TV with no cable, kitchen lacks essential items such as rice cooker, knife, cutting board, usable pots/pans. Per our request, we were provided with knife, cutting board, 2 small pots, but no rice cooker is provided.
