• Jeanpierre (1/5): Bad - The only thing I liked was there is a convenient store on the premise and the host was so nice and the elevator was so fast. The place is very secured by security guards 24 hours. The room smells like garbage because the window in the bathroom is open,there is no glass in the window to block the smell from coming inside the room and that is where they store the whole apartment trash. That was disgusting to smell. The host had to give us a spray that we use every minute.this is not fair and people can get sick. The host said he knew about it cause he used to leave in that room. Why you even rented it to us? There are bugs inside the bathroom coming from the bathroom open air window. There is no wifi in the room and the only place we can use wifi is by the pool. This is the worst place I ever been since I started vacationed. The worst thing the pool close at 8 and the sun still shining, I don't know if all the rooms smell but room 3503 smell li shit. I will never put my feet there. The host should be ashamed and get us a refund. Don't go there guys. I am not gonna lie the host was very nice.

• Parra (10/5): Loved it! - Great location with a really nice pool and access to the beach. The staff was soo friendly since day 1. The lady working in the mini market inside the apartments helped us out by showing us how to get buses to move around instead of pushing us to buy a car rental (which they also have). The buses stop right infront so it made it super easy. There was an Oxxo close by so we can buy stuff for cheaper. There was everything you need in the kitchen. 2 fully working AC and a nice view of the lagoon. The price is super affordable and you get a great spot. We really enjoyed it and would 100% stay here again! The part where we were staying was under construction on the 1st floor (we were in the 3rd) so it was noisy but only during the day which didn't affect us since we were out enjoying Cancun.

• 남서방 (5/5): Passable - The location was great as it was 50m away from the gorgeous coral beach. The accommodation was so old and worn that when it rained, rainwater entered the room. And kitchen utensils cannot be used at the trash level.
• Sean (1/5): DO NOT STAY HERE! - The location was nice. Not real busy. Easy to catch the bus and the beach is nice. DO NOT STAY HERE! The pictures are not accurate. There is heavy mold in the shower, the ceiling has black mold on it, the showerhead is rusted, the drains do not drain, the door dirty, the bed is horrible. The sheets are MANY years old and dirty. There are burn holes and stains in them. The mattress looks like 100 people peed on it, there are bugs everywhere in the walls, on the bed, the nightstands, we had nowhere to go the first night but we left even though the owner refused a refund. It was worth paying hundreds of dollars to get out of there.

We loved location and bed was comfy so stuck it out and got some air freshener. Def older apartment but worked for us. Location and deck amazing.

It smelt like sewerage the entire time, it is old and run down, the shower curtain was mouldy, the towels were old and coloured, this room was right on the main road so very busy and noisy.

• Szabolcs (2/5): Noisy, not possible to sleep, weared down room. - Pool, beach. Laguna view= faces to the noisy, high trafic road, impossibile to sleep. War weared room, dirty shower curtain, old noisy airconditioners. From the venting bugs were crawling out in the morning. Nearby there is a police post, waiting for turist rental cars to rob them! They ask 3000MXN ticket or ask 120USD on the spot which they put in their pocket!

• Francis (8/5): It's good value for money spent. - Pablo is a good host. We accidentally lost the apartment keys and he responded quickly to give us new keys. The location is great with sea view, not crowded, and easy beach access. It's not a new apartment. The ceiling fan is noisy.

• James (8/5): Old apartment close to beach that neededed upgrades upgrades with friendly staff - Great location with friendly staff Not a glass in the entire apartment so used mismatched cups for nice bottle of wine
• Roderick (8/5): Good value for us. - Location down south of the strip was ok for us. Also an apartment suited us more than a resort. Beach had access to turtles laying eggs and releasing baby turtles in conjunction with the staff. The fist apartment we stayed in was a bit old with noisy air conditioner but we moved to another apartment which was better.

• Izzy (9/5): Superb - Very clean room, ocean front walk distance to the beach. Bus to town run continuously about every 3-5 minutes. Restaurants are about a mile away. Visitors can't park inside the gated areas, including the taxi pick up or drop off.

• Shayla (6/5): Has potential, but lacking effort - Location was beautiful, right on the beach. Not too crowded so easy to find a chair next to the pool, unlike at the resorts. The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. The sheets were ripped on both beds. There was a nasty moldy smell in the room. There was a potable water dispenser but it was empty. Water pressure in the shower was low. The door lock was broken so the only way to lock the apartment was with the push lock on the handle, which felt unsafe. It is at the very end of the hotel zone so a 20 minute bus ride to get to any restaurants, grocery, nightlife, etc. Lots of road noise 24h a day

• Hugo (5/5): Nice flat but poor bedding hygiene - Right on the beach front. Functional flat, good for families. A short ride to restaurants and supermarket. Nice staff, easy to collect keys. My wife and younger kid got horrible bites every night, which were clearly from bed bugs/lice and not mosquitoes. Management should pay attention to bed hygiene.

• Philip (3/5): I would not recommend this place to anyone - The pool was clean and very close to the beach. The overall quality of the accommodations was poor. The room smelled all the time and the noise from the highway kept us awake all night. The kitchen felt dirty and we would not cook food there.
