- Farah (10/5): Really nice apartment to stay in - The host gave all the instructions,well explained. The apartment is cozy, nice and has all the amenities. It is very clean, aircon in two bedrooms and the living room. Fans also in living room, and 2 bedrooms. Extractor in the bathroom. Bonus point for the filtered water machine, hot and room temperature water available to drink. I am currently in another Robertson apartment from another host which costs less but bad experience in this other apartment (fake ad, a lot missing). So I highly recommend the Petestop Homestay apartments.

- Matt (7/5): Great location! - Great location and communication by the owner. Great view over KL, facilities incl pool and gym were good. Swipe card access to room made things easier. Close to convenience stores and restaurants, we made this our hub for our KL stay. Games room (pool table and dart board without darts) wasn't well maintained, pool cues and table were in poor condition. No darts, no other games.

- samir (7/5): Appartement correpondant à nos exigencs pour un court séjour - Les consignes pour récupérer les clés sont envoyées par whatsapp et sont très claires. Le gestionnaire de l'appartement répond très rapidement à nos questions. Nous n'avons pas eu à le solliciter pour autre chose que des adaptateurs de prise électriques. Nous ne sommes pas restés très longtemps pour avoir un avis plus complet. Ce système de location est efficace mais un peu trop déshumanisé. Appartement dans une résidence sécurisée. Gardiens à l'entrée filtrant jour et nuit ceux qui rentrent. Appartement "ikea" rénové récemment. Une seule vraie chambre , la deuxième est un aménagement dans le salon séparé par des cloisons translucides. Et la 3ème est dans une sorte de placard avec porte coulissante et sans luminosité. A noter que la machine a laver est derrière cette chambre. Donc on ne peut la lancer et dormir en même temps. Mais globalement l'appartement est bien optimisé. L'appartement est bien situé si vous recherchez les zones touristiques agitées et pleines de monde. Des magasins et des restaurants a proximité. machine à laver dans la chambre

Clean and very well located, all my fav tourist spots within 10 mins walking, that was super convenient. Bedrooms are small (specially 3rd one with two beds). Didn’t matter to us since we were just 3 people and the place sleeps 6.

Beds are comfortable, pillows and mattresses are super comfy. They have extras too. Location is close to attractions nearby. Public transport very convenient. The owner/management was fast to answer our queries. Their clear instructions made check in and check out very smooth. All in all we had a wonderful time there. None

Mailbox located beside of the lobby very easy to find it, you don't have to walk to another space or level, very fast and easy. Host very friendly and helpful. They provided all the useful information to their guest before we ask. We managed to use the gaming-room, which is one of the facilities in this condominium after we read the information given by host. Before this, I seldom use the provided facilities due to lazy to find-out the rules of the condominium. Washing machine with dryer very useful, we can clean the wet towel after swam. Only one bath-room, time consumed to take turn.
- Fang (5/5): Passable - The apartment I stayed in was not the same as the photos provided on the website, it was completely different, I was scammed. Although there are 4 elevators in the apartment, because there are 46 floors in total, it takes a lot of time to wait for the elevator, and during peak hours such as 10 o'clock in the morning, the waiting time is relatively long, and the elevator did not stop when it reached the floor, and skipped the floor where I was waiting, the corridor waiting for the elevator is stuffy, and the inside of the elevator is also stuffy.

Rooftop Jacuzzi pool (which is located at another block - access via 6th Floor) is nice. Only 1 shower room & toilet to be shared amongst all guests, inconvenient. Friends complained that some kinda smell came out from the laundry room (attached to one of the room). Kinda many rules to follow.

- James (9/5): Brilliant 3 Bed Apartment - We really like this 3 bedroom apartment - it was perfect for all of our kids and we especially liked what they did with the space - the bedrooms were intelligently designed so everyone had their own private room. The check in and out was flawless all because the communication was super easy and well explained. The pool is enormous, like it says, it really is an Olympic sized pool. The kids loved it there after hot days in KL. Only problem is the pool is quite cold because it doesn't see much sun. The lift situation is rather annoying, it can literally take 15 minutes to get in a lift which is not full up. A second bathroom would have been better but these are minor issues

Would recommend this to everyone as the property is also very clean and - I like how the property has everything that we need, it is very comfortable to stay, and we can choose to walk or use grab to the nearby attraction and street food which kinda nice because it only took us 10-15 min walk distance like the main street of bukit bintang. The laundry machine a bit confusing, tho the host did give a manual , we faced difficulty in using it but overall still good.

- Fathima (10/5): Exceptional - Clean spacious apartment with house keeping. Comfortable bedding and good cooking systems. Good view of the KL tower and Twin towers from both the room and the rooftop. Access to good facilities such as a gym and pool. The room was good, but access to facilities such as the rooftop garden closed at 10pm (too early as night views were the best) and they had strict rules about what you can and can’t wear in the pool (like no cotton tshirts).

The house is equipped with kitchen equipment (plates, bowls, spoons, forks, knives, scissors, kettle, rice cooker, microwave are also available). Internet access is very good. Netflix broadcasts are also available. The three rooms provided are very complete. Washing machines and dryers are also provided, very helpful for those of us with many kids. Table and chair are provided very comfortable for me to do some online work with great view (Merdeka 118 tower ). From master bedroom & living hall can see awesome view of KL Tower. No water dispenser
