Everything went smoothly and the location was good. I will highly recommend this property. It was clean and comfortable. Location and efficiency of the staff at reception and the booking agent with guiding me with the check in information.

• Naomi (10/5): Definitely recommended - We had a wonderful stay overall. The apartment was spacious and perfectly suitable for a family of four. The location is excellent, right in the heart of Bukit Bintang. You shouldn’t be too sensitive to noise, as you can hear the music at night — which we actually really enjoyed and felt added to the atmosphere. The nighttime view was absolutely breathtaking. We had a direct view of the second tallest building in the world, and with all the city lights it felt truly magical. This is exactly how we imagined staying in a big city — pure big city vibes. One small point worth mentioning is that there was no cleaning service included during our one-week stay. This could be questioned, but it is really just a minor issue at a very high level. Overall, Jun took excellent care of us. He was easy to reach, responded quickly, answered all our questions and was very supportive throughout our stay.

Es stank nach Pestizide und wir hatten trotzdem kleine Schaben - - Fußläufig war China Town, die Pertona Tower sowie viele Shopping Center erreichbar. - Die Aussicht vom Balkon auf die Stadt - wir hatten viele kleine Käfer (Schaben) im Zimmer - die Pestizide haben gestunken - da wir mit Fenster auf schlafen mussten (Gestank), war es furchtbar laut (Reeperbahn-Feeling Hamburg/Deutschland)

The host is very responsive - Location was excellent, we could walk to the night market for food and massage shops were near too. The next morning, we walked to the shopping malls easily too. The house is clean and cosy, the view is fantastic . Nothing much, have feedback the shower head and one spoiled lightbulb to the owner. The main door/ entrance could be more inviting and with only one bathroom/toilet , it’s a bit difficult for our family of 5. Need to wait longer.

• Dudsadi Khayan (1/5): - Not one thing i like about this property. From the house to its people who manage it. They're scammers. This property is a scam. Less than 2 hours before check in time, the property contacted me and said there is a problem with the wiring in the house caused by a water heater. Then he asked me to cancel it via booking.com and will fully refund me as soon as possible. Later that day, I called that person again about the refund and suddenly he said the refund process will be carried out by another team. Then I call another number given but being told that all the refunds are handled by booking.com. I had a call with booking.com customer service and they said all the refunds should be handled by the property. Now, a month has passed but I didn't receive any updates regarding the matter. None of the people who are in charge of the property can be contacted. They won't answer my call and reply to my messages. Please avoid booking this property because it's run by a scammer.

• Dr. (9/5): Friends Reunion - Location was perfect. Self check in was easy.. simple straight forward instruction. Room was just nice for 4 people, but can accommodate up to 6 people. Unfortunately only one bathroom and toilet. Everything was clean . Bed comfortable. Shower had good pressure n heat. great view from the balcony towards the skyscrapers. Coffee sachets provided ;-). TV with NETFLIX. Right behind Changkat Party area ...Food and Pubs less than 50 meters.

The staff say that I can reimburse after I checked out, but 4 days passed, there was no reply from the staff. Kindly remove the free parking from facilities and dont mislead other customer.

• Elbert (10/5): We absolutely loved it and would definitely stay again when back in KL. - We loved the apartment. It is a corner apartment with lots of windows and light with views over Bukit Bintang from the balcony. The beds are very comfortable. We loved the location, its close to a busy part of the city with lots of things on offer, however being on the 23rd floor it is nice and quiet in the apartment with the doors closed. The swimming pool is awesome too. The kitchen could be better equipped. Coffee or tea cups/mugs would be great instead of only drinking glasses. A tea towel and cleaning cloth are essential in my opinion to keep kitchen and table clean. We only ate out and had some basic take away so it wasn't a big deal for us. An extra key card would be super helpful as you need it to use the lift which makes splitting up and getting back to the apartment a bit challenging.

The surrounding area was good as well,. walking distance to Bukit Bintang, especially Jalan Alor. Not a big deal but bathroom door couldn't lock and aircond remote was a bit faulty but didn't spoil our staycation.
