It was a scammer might be..payment has been made but i cannot stay at the apartment..until today havent receive the refund as amount RM361. Many times dealing with Booking.com company but look like no solution at all. Please Take This As Serious Issue To Refund The Customer Money.

Ben9078 (1/5): Terrible. Owner has not responded until today. - Owner didn't answer my calls to collect keys. Have asked for full refund because didn't get to stay although had already paid online. Booking.com customer service did not provide much help. They also couldn't get owner to reply. Terrible experience. Had to look for alternative accomodations in the middle of the night.
