• Boey (2/5): THE WORST EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE! NEVER EVER COME AND STAY HERE! - The aircon is cold. The whole studio is smelly. There are traces of wet water stains on the walls. The floor is very dusty, you can feel a lot of particles here and there. The bed is very smelly is like the smell of sweat, the blanket is very smelly too. The cabinet handle is broken. The washroom piping and toilet bowl is rusted. The kettle is totally broken. The pan is rust too. The access card holder is damaged.

• Jayanthe (4/5): Please clean well and change your description - I like that view and pool Hi, I want to tell you about that staff ya. That staff didn’t tell me earlier about kitchenware. When we arrive there, then also staff tell me about kitchenware are wants to pay deposit rm50 and we also take our things to cooking. And staff give me reason for not giving induction is, previous customers not clean that stuff!!! Is that my problem???? Why didn’t change your description?! And we see your description and we booked, not seeing customers review and we booked okayyyy!!! then there was a cockroach on the sofa urggg.. I also don’t know the staff had a clean or what??? It’s so worst…. 10-26 room is so worst i ever seen!!!!!

• Emma (1/5): Stinky and damp - Building entrance looked OK. The room had an overwhelming stench of damp as soon as we walked in, which we couldn't get used to. So much so, that we left after an hour and checked out. The owner wouldn't give us any refund on our 1 week stay. When we sat on the bed, there were springs sticking up everywhere. It was dirty inside and I couldn't stay here with two young children, one of whom is asthmatic. Booking.com weren't much help here either, asking me to send pictures of the issue, as though I could send photos of a smell.

• M.i.b.j (10/5): Exceptional - Check in was hassle free despite the timing that we checked in. Our agent, Steven was accommodating and helpful. KLCC and a few other shopping malls were walking distance and accessible. In addition, with presence and greeting from in house securities officers from main entrance to lobby, you will feel your holiday is a safe one as well. The toilet is quite small especially when you have to shower a toddler. Both the main bed and sofa bed required thorough cleaning as we felt itchy while sleeping especially if you have a toddler.

• Enrico (9/5): It was definitely value for money. - The location is very good. Just a few minutes walk from Suria KLCC mall and the Petronas towers and of course the KLCC station. it is also near the station at Bukit Nanas. The unit is very clean and has big windows that allows natural light. There weren’t enough blankets for 4 people. A coffee maker in the unit would have been highly appreciated. There was no dining table, however dining by the large windows was fun.
