The view was very good and the location was convenient with easy access to nearby places. It was also easy to find food around the area, which made the stay even better. The house was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Overall, a nice place to stay and good value for money. No major issues, just minor improvements needed to make the stay even better.

• Alan (7/5): - Location and enough beds and room is big. Pipe leaking and door password was changed suddenly. Needed to contact admin to chg back. Luckily, the response was fast enough. There was a big cockroach crawling towards us on the floor towards the bed. I managed to kill it. Good to put a bottle of insecticide.

• Derek (5/5): - The location. Just above the mall. Unit is rundown. My daughter applied lotion on the feet and dirtied the bedsheet. Owner deducted SG$10 from the deposit. Firstly the bedsheet used is the cheap one and the stain could be washed away. It is a bit unjustifiable to deduct the amount.

• Yeh Xin (1/5): Terrible - Nothing. I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your property. This has been one of the worst accommodation experiences I have ever had. Upon my first night, my body became extremely itchy, and I noticed several insect bites of unknown origin. When I checked the pillow, mattress, and blanket, I was shocked to find that they were very dirty and yellowish, including the pillow interior itself. This is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about hygiene and cleanliness standards. I immediately reported this issue to your property management via WhatsApp, yet there was not a single reply or follow-up throughout my stay. Despite staying for three nights, no action was taken. The entire experience was a nightmare for my family and me. In addition, the lift situation was utterly terrible. Only three lifts were functioning, as one was faulty. The waiting time was outrageous — at times up to an hour or longer just to use the lift. This is unacceptable for a property hosting guests, especially those with children or luggage. Unless guests have ample time and are not rushing at all, this situation is unbearable. While I acknowledge that the location is convenient, it does not compensate for the unhygienic conditions, lack of response, and extremely poor facilities. Given the condition of the property, I strongly advise others not to stay here. I will not return to this property again, and I expect a proper explanation and response regarding these issues. This experience fell far below any reasonable standard of accommodation.

• Julie (7/5): KSL D'Esplanade - Clean apartment Location on booking.com said block A but gave us block B in WhatsApp,didn't even inform before we booked or write any additional info on this. Washing machine water leaks when using. Hair dryer plug screw is missing and instead of repair or buying a new one they used rubber band. Bidet also has water drip leakage when not using.

Maybe to allowed booking people for free to enter the Dinosaurs Water park since it was booking by guest there and unless if outsiders using it should be paid by themselves. If you notice at Farmosa Water Theme Park was all free entered if you are the guest there. You can check if there lots of people entering the Dino's Park ? I believe guest with children outside the pool near the booth that sell ticket to entered in. Thank You.

• Nor (4/5): KSL! PLS DO SOME REVAMPING FOR YR GUESTS!! - The mall even though there was not MUCH MALAY FOOD The room was abit dirty, the wall near the washing machine leaking with rusty water dripping. The LIFT WAS HORRENDOUS!! HAVE TO WAIT AT LEAST 20-30MINS JUST TO GO UP & DOWN!!
