• Matt (1/5): A very disappointing trip - terrible Customer Service! - - If the advertised facilities were offered, place will be overall okay (many points could be improved) for this budget - No issues with Wifi - Was quiet 2 nights of 3 nights during my stay (a neighbor was hammering around 1am during one night) - Two AC units + fan - After weeks of travelling in hostels, I came to KL to relax and spent way more than usual as I wanted a private accommodation with a pool (proudly shown as one of the first pic on the ad). What a surprise to be informed by other guests (after a couple of hours after check in) the swimming pool is closed! That could happen, but Customer Service was totally unhelpful and unprofessional. They only offered to cancel the booking after 1 night but it was not cancellable and I couldn't reach booking.com. When I asked about other pools in the area, they said they didn't know although there are like 50 pools in a 1km radius. Absolutely no collaboration. - Again about advertised facility, washing machine does not work properly, I did run it twice at night and it was still going on after 8+ hours of sleep (not fun to pack fully wet clothes)! - Overall cleanliness could be improved: there was a big layer of dust/oil on top of the fridge, leftover food in the cabinet and the couch was full of unidentified stains - After the above issues, i was shocked to receive during check out a message asking me to leave a 5 stars review for a 20% discount on my next stay, that could explain the ratings on booking.com

The staff, the cockroaches everywhere in the room (could not bring and food or drinks into the suite) The staff said it was a smoke free suite however there was a half empty pack in the counter, burn marks throughout the suite. Self check-in and out was a terrible experience. Netflix would not work in the suite which is something they strongly advertised.

Lots of space for organising your stuff. 19 cubic feet of closed cabinet space and an 8-foot wide wardrobe for your clothes - I measured it! The studio is at least 13 feet by 34 feet - enough space to move around and not feel cramped-in. Eateries, banks, minimarts, clinics abound all around and all within walking. The price is also very affordable and worth every penny for what they offer. A wall clock would be nice. No need to look at my phone for the time.

• Ameerul (10/5): Satisfied! - Such a nice place to stay — very cozy and comfortable. Staying alone here was very satisfying for me. Plus, all the facilities provided in the unit are very good. It’s close to all amenities like restaurants, banks, convenience stores, and many more within walking distance. I will plan to stay again if I am in that area. The parking area can be a bit scary if you check in at night — it feels like a forbidden area.

• Green (8/5): Place is great, but cleaner needs to be trained/incentivised - Room was great, good size and beautifully decorated. Location was okay if you drive, its abt 4 LRT stop away from Bukit Bintang. However, the property has quite a few convenience stores and eateries nearby. LRT ststion is abt 900meters away. The property is quiet and the guards are friendly. Getting the access card was a bit daunting at first but it wasnt that bad if you follow the instruction closely. The towel smell like it has been used before or not properly washed. Floor have ciggrette wrappers and the thick carpet have trapped debris. The blanket cannot be tied to the blanket cover, so it runs around within the cover. Shower drainage clogged, i cleared it personally, seemed havent been cleared for more than 6mths.
