- Mohdsani (10/5): I am happy to know bit more of SKS Properties, would like to venture other locations as well - I didn't expect they have what I need. its accessible to the Mall, the Mall has nice food like BUMBU BABAH is a must try for all - but don't expect early meal ya as they start pretty late morning. The Hwa Tai supermarket is also a good one, all u need they have it. facilities like the pool was down for maintenance

- Syuhadah (10/5): I love the unit and would definitely be coming back to stay if we're in Larkin. - I have had the pleasure of staying in several condo units at SKS Habitat Larkin, and I can confidently say that this particular unit stands out as the best! The space is impeccably clean and beautifully decorated, creating a cozy atmosphere that truly feels like home. One of the highlights was the inclusion of a washing machine complete with detergent, which is a thoughtful touch. Additionally, there is a well-designed overhead bar equipped with numerous hangers and clothespins, making it easy to hang wet clothes—something I found lacking in other units. The open washing area allowed my clothes to dry quickly, which was a significant advantage. The owner also provided a full bottle of body shampoo for each bathroom, which was a delightful surprise. However, I did notice the absence of hair shampoo and conditioner; adding these amenities would enhance the overall experience for future guests. Overall, I highly recommend this unit for anyone looking to stay at SKS Habitat Larkin! The table provided in kitchen was too small. With only two chairs. Hard to eat meals with 2 young kids. No hair shampoo and conditioner provided.

The security guard is such a pain making things difficult and asking unnecessary questions, horrible experience with them.

Furnitures are simple but nice. There is a very nice view also. We hope to book from here again and get the same apartment again. Not enough soap in the toilet and no shampoo

- A (8/5): Me & my hold family very happy with this Condo. - We need to walk about 7 min to get a food stall but very happy because variety food stall arround this place. This house superb clean. The only problem is no curtain at the kitchen window, so that ppl fr outside can see us in the house.

- Jasmine (8/5): Great for a quick overnight visit - Instructions to obtain the keys were easy to follow. Didn't use kitchen facilities much as was a quick overnight visit. Fans and aircon was great. TV had a basic kids English channel which was sufficient. View from balcony was nice. Too rainy to visit pool and playground. Security guards at driving entry were friendly and gave helpful directions to where we wanted to go.
