The view over the golf course is pleasant The apartment is basic, especially given the price. There is no air con in the third bedroom nor lounge. The communal areas and lifts are not pleasant. No towels are provided

- Nilesh (7/5): clean apartment, peaceful ambiance. - Was very clean. no bugs, cockroaches or lizards. very good and friendly manager/ owner. smooth check in check out. though building is bit tardy but apartment interior is build sober. nice look over to golf club sitting in balcony having morning tea. unwashed bedsheets and pillow covers. hair on bed and pillow from previous occupant. no cupboard, so might be inconvenient for longer stay (we stayed two nights). kitchen cupboards are full of packaging material. an opportunity to keep it tidy. but overall it was clean.
