• Mohammed (1/5): Smilly and dirty - Very bad apartment Stink smill you couldn't stay one minute inside, the window Handel's are broken you couldn't open it make the situation more worst. As well as old and dirt furniture. The host is very rude when I told him/her about the issues told that I cold do nothing for you. Un fortunately the payment already made for 4 nights. However, I booked another apartment in same night. Booking.com tried to help me but the host is not cooperated. So please don't do my mistake avoid this apartment.

• Barbara (2/5): Terrible- not clean and uncomfortable - The property is in a central location with a lot of restaurant and shops. Close to the beach. Has a beautiful pool and the facilities of the building are amazing. But the apartment was disgusting. Looked like it hasn’t been cleaned in weeks. I normally don’t do this sort of review as I understand that there is always work from people involved, but this time was absolutely not acceptable. Looked like someone was living there and just left the apartment for us to stay. They didn’t even clean the shower with any products, only water was sprayed around. The silicone was all mouldy, in both bathroom and kitchen. The level of hygiene was so low that I couldn’t even have a shower, as I was worried of getting something. The bed was super uncomfortable and the sheets smelled. I understand that the location was excellent and the facilities exceptionally good but that doesn’t justify the state of the apartment. Definitely one of the worst place I’ve stayed.

To the guest the way she talk no maner at all.. PLEASE DON'T BOOK TIS HOUSE PPL... BECAUSE OF THE PLACE. THAT HOUSE NO LIGHT IN SHOWER ROOM INTERNET POOR HOUSE FURNITURE ALL SECOND HAND MARKET THINGS.. WE REGRET THE MOMENT WE ENTERED SO DISAPPOINTED YET EE DO STAY. RECEIVED THIS KIND OF ATTITUDE BY THE OWNER BOOKING.COM NOT SUPPOSED TO HAVE TIS KIND OF PROBERTY... NOT SAME AS IN PIC

• Khairiah (7/5): Good - Room is good for 1 night stay. view is main road and a little bit ot Singapore area on right side. Host respond immediately thru WhatsApp. Host prepared detail instructions on how to check in. location is strategic as its near with every places tourists want to visit. -shower sliding door cannot be closed. shower area dirty, please clean toilet and change shower mats. -broken tv, can only turn on for 5-10minutes then it will turn off automatically. -window is tinted on above part and cannot locked, the lock somehow broken too. -PARKING IS THE WORST. Host only mention which sign to go up to the parking lot, once you're inside, its a maze. Thankfully we need to go out so many time after check in so we manage to remember the parking lot trick.Good luck in finding the parking lot. Hint : each block is diff colour, follows the color. -PLEASE CHANGE KEY HOLDER. only 1 key attached to thick lanyard badge. its hard to open the door as it need to rotate the key to the left/right. -please make it so that all the kitchen utensils is being kee in the cabinet so that the top looks neater.

I will repeat it again when I come to JB and the parking is near to the lift door To find the parking is a little bit harder but the parking place is really good cause there's no have so many car there and it's near the lift door
