• eexuan (4/5): 算了吧 选别的吧 - 干净 亮丽 没有拖鞋 拖鞋要自己带 价钱公道、只是car park 方面、太贵了啦、这个算homestay吧？连car park都不给免费 要自己付费 一个晚上 好淋贵 浪费钱 deposit 给300就算了、虽然房子便宜 car park还要给 。你们自己看着办吧。 房子挺好

• Anura (5/5): basic facility . attending to above short comings it could v much better !! it be - location linen poor , towels worn out , No sufficient bath mats , shower cubicle glass door missing as such toilet get wet . No tea bags sugar , no slat and pepper . No dressing mirror , no bedside table and lamp .

• Beatriz (5/5): Passable - The balcony is nice with a great view however it is extremely hot due to the Air condition machines being there. We also found a cockroach in the kitchen The pool can only be used with bodyboard suits, swimwear (shorts and bikini) is not allowed

• Sharleen (9/5): A clean and comfortable stay :) - All of us had good rests during our stay - Apartment was comfortably spaced for a group of 6 adults and 2 children - Clean and in good condition - Checking in and out was easy and hassle-free. - Host was very friendly and responsive We were aware that the location was a small distance away from KLCC, but we didn't realise that there was almost nothing to eat around the area. Excluding the service apartment's minimart, the nearest food place was about 10min walk away, which was an issue since we had elderly and children. On the bright side, kitchen facilities were sufficient so we could buy extra food as late-night snacks.

• Terence (2/5): Scam marketing tactic - Good location Scam marketing, saying RM113 per night, at the very last of credit card payment, slide in tiny RM 80 cleaning charges. immediately i ask for cancellation and refund, but were not entertained

• Enyra (8/5): Very good - Nice place to stay The way to basement parking is too narrow and it is expensive too. Maybe could consider to give discount.
• Ahmad (1/5): Terrible, would not recommend. - Location was convenient for my purpose bed was itchy, my son and I both had bumps from maybe bites after our stay. The pictures on the website was not the same as the apartment. There was a lot more damage in the apartment than in the pictures. It was really dirty, as if it was not cleaned. The table was filthy and was sticky with coffee stains. The sink was clogged. I will not recommend this place unless you really needed to stay next to the hospital.

• Shelly (1/5): Bad - When we checked in, we saw not one cockroach but about 3-4 cockroaches. The living room and the air-conditioning in the living room were not cold. I contacted customer service and said that we would bring insecticide the next day, but there was nothing until we contacted customer service next time. The customer service only told us to buy it ourselves and then pay us back the money. The air conditioner was dealt with the next day, but the air conditioner in the room was still not cold.
