• Pingping (8/5): 整体感觉还行，房间空间挺大，就是偶有一些蚂蚁 - 地理位置不错，房东服务也比较热情，我们英语比较烂，房东还跟我们讲了几句中文是华裔，还给推荐了店。我们没有what’s up，只能通过邮件回复，邮件房东不看，所以等房东来耽误了一些时间 床头柜上，床上有小蚂蚁

На первом этаже очень вкусная кондитерская (хлеб, кофе, круассаны). Понятная инструкция для заселения (полностью удаленно). Апартаменты очень чистые, но сам ремонт уже очень «уставший» и требует обновления (особенно мебель)

• Geet Karu (4/5): - There was no fitted sheet on the bed. Cleanliness of the room and bathroom as a whole was poor. Rust from equipments on the bathroom floor. Grouts were dark and mouldy. Unpleasant. There was a smell to the room, old AC smell. Different to what is described on the listing. Do not recommend.

• Sarah (7/5): Très bon séjour - L’emplacement est super. Proche des tours, du monorails pour se déplacer. Il y a un très bon brunch en bas de l’hôtel, un petit magasin pour acheter le nécessaire. La suite est spacieuse, le lit assez confortable et très grand. La propreté de la salle de bain est vraiment à revoir (moisissure sur les joins de douche etc) et l’eau coule dans la salle de bain donc pas pratique.

• Tan (3/5): - 1. Walking distance to Twin Tower (10mins) and Bukit Nanas Monorel Station (5mins). 2. Free WiFi and TV 3. Well equipt kitchen 1. The whole house is full of cigarette smell. Eventhough owner sent the cleaner to spray Febreze, but the odour is still there. After 3 nights of bad air inhale, I had bronchitis. 2. Pillow too too soft. Cant sleep well every night.

• LR 246 (8/5): - I like that the room is spacious, location is convenient, though requires a bit of walking if not travelling by car. There is a 24hr convenient store below the apartment. Owner is friendly and understanding. Love that the room have balconies. Parking access. Additional toilet with bidet. The toilet door is not working, Perhaps require hair towel too. More coffee condiments and laundry detergent. Otherwise all good.

• Danny (8/5): Good spot. - Good spot in central KL. Quiet place (exempt for noisy neighbour but quick action from security) Kitchen equipment needs control.

• Timothy (9/5): Ideal for a City Centre vacation - will use again on our next trip to KL. - Spacious accomodation , clean . Balcony views. Excellent shower. Very quiet efficient air con. Combination Room Safe. Nespresso machine. On site Etre Patisserie fab !! Security guards were courteous and helpful when needed. Location . Host was very accomodating and resolved some matters shortly after our arrival. Some of the decor shabby , bathroom cabinets badly water damaged. Bed side lampshade cracked. Lacking some basic items in the kitchen area that we needed to purchase to cover our c. 3 week break.
• Anis (6/5): It's nice, but not worth the current price. - The apartment is spacious, the bathtub and water pressure are amazing. The wifi works well. There is a kk mart downstairs which makes it easy to stock up on essentials. Although I called BEFORE booking to ask if the sauna was open, and was told that it was open, the sauna was NOT open. It had closed 2 days before my booking and was undergoing renovation throughout my stay. I guess I cannot trust you guys, just saying yes because you thought that's what I wanted to hear. This aparment is not worth the inflated price if the amenities aren't available. Cigarette burn mark on the couch. Kitchen equipment is pretty lacking - just one pot which doesn't work on the induction stove. You gotta use an electric stove. No pans, no kitchen essentials for cooking. Property management tried to ask me for a 250RM cash deposit. When I asked for receipts and more details, they changed their mind and proposed a self check-in. Please beware of that type of behaviour.

And the owner come exactly at 12pm knock the door asked to check out 😅. While actually we are preparing to go out already, should be can wait a bit I guess n not being pushy

There was a 24hr mart that sold almost everything you needed. Netflix/YouTube etc was available for free. Very clean fridge and washing machine. Spacious room. Clean spacious bathroom. The Bath tub was good too.

• Vivienne (7/5): A bit disappointing - The size was great. I liked the setup. A good location. Nice pool. It did have a smell at first, but it went away after a while. Didn't get a bath mat, flannels, t towels, or a dish cloth. And very limited cooking utilities, plates, glasses, cutlery Only had 1 coffee cup. We had brought food to cook but couldn't cook some of it . So all of that let the place down .

Bed was uncomfortable so unable to sleep at all during trip. Also blanket & pillow are dirty & dusty. If you stay longer, please ready for bath towel because there is no towel.

• Well-seasoned (1/5): Disappointing - Very spacious apartment. Two separate toilets. Comfortable king size bed. Lovely floor to ceiling windows. Large balcony. Ample storage space. Cutlery provided as well as pots and pans. Air conditioning units, microwave, washing machine/tumble dryer worked well (laundry detergent provided). Wi-fi was okay too. Stayed twice (2015 & 2016) where I could not fault it whatsoever. Now under new management. Unfortunately, I will not be returning. No reception desk. Communicated with staff via WhatsApp. No daily housekeeping services for the entire duration of our 5-day stay - our trash not emptied from any of the 3 bins; no fresh towels (had to re-use the same towels for 5 days); bed linens not changed. Was told by management staff to move our wet clothing on the clothing rack which they provided from the balcony to inside the apartment! Decor and furniture and wallpaper were very tired and worn. Desperately needs refurbishment in every area.

Would stay again on our next visit Street food is quite a walk but no issues as we could order via food delivery app. Apartment doesnt have extra garbage bags in case the garbage gets full so we need to source out for own alternatives to throw the garbage out.
