- zujia (3/5): 蚂蚁之“家” - 网图非常OK，价格也非常实惠。 1.结果住进去的头一晚没有热水！但是2h后洗手池那来了热水，所以我们洗澡放在了第二天早上，然而水依旧是冷的，因为太晚我们没有联系房东，第二天一早赶行程也没联系房东，相当于我们连续洗了两次冷水澡。 2.蚂蚁 房间里充满了蚂蚁🐜，地毯床上都有蚂蚁！尤其是客厅地毯，藏了不知道多少蚂蚁！ 3.次卧里的床上全是莫名的毛，真的很脏 床上布满了泛白印迹 简直恶心到无语，一晚上没盖被子！早上起来眼睛痒。 要改进的地方太多了！你说他破败吧，楼又是新楼，你说新楼吧～里面的设备又维养不当尽显疲态🥲

- Florence (6/5): Could have been better if not for the living room aircon not working initially. Took a few phone calls & texts to ge - I like the location & have stayed at the Suasana hotel several times but 1st time I’ve been to an Air B&B. There were not much amenities eg no bathroom rugs which is dangerous for wet feet on tiles. There were also bath towels hanging to dry in the master bathroom patio. Probably an oversight.

- Ken (10/5): - The apartment itself was spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed – fully equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. I also appreciated the quietness of the building and the attention to detail in both decor and amenities. It’s clear the hosts put a lot of thought into ensuring guests feel welcome. The kitchen had all modern appliances, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the location is superb. Reliable Wi-Fi with password detail given before arrival, and even a washing machine, which made it feel like a home away from home. From start to finish, everything was seamless, especially the check-in process, which made a great first impression, instruction was clear. I simply retrieved the keys from a secure mailbox using a clear set of instructions provided before my arrival. The process was quick, hassle-free, and ideal for a late arrival like mine. Highly recommended for both short and long stays. I will definitely return on my next visit to Johor Bahru and book the apartment again!

Comfortable beds, shampoo, body wash & toilet rolls were provided. Hall air conditioner wasn't working thus both bedroom doors had to be open to let cold air flow into the hall. Hot water flask had ants inside and around kitchen sink. Table cloth had an unpleasant smell. Bathroom table tops should have a hand towel to dry hands and clean the area around the sink as water will splash up when you wash hands or face.

- Eric (2/5): No free parking even though stated free parking when booked. - Location is good. No free parking. Paid RM50 for one night parking even though stated free parking when booked. Unit is clean but many fruit flies flying in the unit.
