• Binti Aziz (8/5): Selesa, sesuai dgn harga, dan mencabar - Penginapan yang sangat selesa bagi kami sekeluarga. Dalam kawasan umah yang ok, bersih, selesa dan sesuai dengan bajetnya. Cumanya untuk laluan ke homestay agak mencabar, dan klasik. Tetapi dalam umah homestaynya for me is marvelous... Apa yg saya tak suka tak menjadi isu besar hanya minor shj as long as dalam rumahnya ok, selesa dan selamat..

• Noora (1/5): Bad experience-totally not recommended - location is good Our stay at this homestay was very disappointing. The bathroom had a terrible sewage smell due to drainage issues. We reported it to the staff in the evening, but they only came later at night. Instead of fixing the problem, they just used toilet perfume and claimed it couldn’t be resolved in one night. How could they not be aware of such a major issue beforehand? The environment was also not ideal. The flat was overcrowded, and parking was a major issue. There was only enough space for one car, which forced us to search for additional parking. Ultimately, we had to book another place to stay for our second car, leading to unnecessary expenses. Despite all these issues, the staff only apologized and didn’t offer any refund. I would not recommend this homestay to others.

Disappointing Experience at Atocha Homestay I recently stayed at Atocha Homestay and unfortunately, my experience was far from what I had hoped for. Here are the main issues I encountered during my stay: Cleanliness: Upon arrival, I was disappointed to find that the room was not properly cleaned. There were dust and cobwebs in the corners, and the bathroom had not been thoroughly sanitized. This made me feel uncomfortable throughout my stay. Very dusty on fan and lights Misleading Description: The photos and description on the booking site were quite misleading. The room appeared much larger and more inviting online. In reality, it felt cramped, and the amenities were not as advertised. Poor Communication: I had some questions before my arrival and sent messages to the host. Unfortunately, the responses were slow and not very helpful. Once I arrived, I found it challenging to reach them when I needed assistance. I was in my way ti the homestay then only the PIC letting me know that the heater unable to use Overall, my experience at Atocha Homestay did not meet my expectations. I would recommend considering other options in the area that are more reliable and provide a better overall experience.

And I need to walk up the stairs for I stay two day - The homestay is clean and comfortable and the owner is very nice but the surrounding environment is not good, the building is very dark, the elevator malfunctions, and not recommended for girls, it will be a bit dangerous at night

THE HOUSE WAS SO FAR FROM THE PARKING LOT AND LIFTS WERENT WORKING EITHER. -DUSTY ASF -HEATER DIDNT WORK -NOT EVEN RESPONSIBLE WHEN WE COMPLAIN ABOUT HOW DIRTY AND DUSTY IT WAS. PLEASE DONT GO. WASTE OF YOUR BLOODY MONEY. STUPID REASONS GIVEN, THEY SHUD MAKE SURE THE HOUSE IS CLEAN WHEN THE GUEST ARRIVED BUT GIVING REASON MAID WENT BACK ALREADY, WHY SHE DIDNT CLEAN BEFORE SHE LEAVE? SO BAD.
