• jessie (3/5): Not recommended for vacation. - Responsive. Old building and very poorly cleaned. No maintainance. Stain all over bed sheets, pillow and sofa. Dusty, moldy and smelly.

• Peter (3/5): Never homestay again! - Allocated single parking space was good. Unfortunately I had no need for it as I used Grab Property had a few hours of blackout during the first full day of stay. Owner had received notice but "forgot" to pass it on. Suffered hours of non-air-con, no cooking, no hot water, no hot shower, no internet, no TV, etc. Front door lock key and barrel finally broke after 2 years of usage without maintenance. Had to postpone going out till next day as unsure of security of the place while the repairman came only on the evening. Bed was too low and soft in parts. Linen and bedspread did not look too clean. Power outlet was broken, resulting in microwave being unusable. Host just said "relocate m/w" without bothering to repair. Finally the house WiFi is so slow (<2 Mbps?) that internet TV kept buffering. Can't even use WiFi for other devices. Bad rust in parts in the bathroom, Wall clock ran out of battery, Being home-stay, there was no daily cleaning, sheets changed or staff nearby to assist. Due to all these and other problems, contacted Booking to allow cancellation. Their more than 24 hour non-response time exceeded the host's threats to charge me for the whole amount if I did not respond to them within that same day. When Booking finally responded, it was too late to cancel and receive a refund. BTW, if you tried to book Grab taxi to go across to Paradigm Mall, the message from Grab is that the distance is too near and refuses to quote for a ride. So beware.

• Law (7/5): Good - Person in charge is friendly, price is reasonable. Building quite old, mattress is not comfortable, middle part is badly sunken.

• Kobu (7/5): Good - Managed to get the property keys collected via designated person as I was arriving late. The check in process was also quite smooth and no hassle in getting the keys. The property agent who dealt with made the check in process easier. The check out process was quite unpleasant as the security clearance procedure in the guard house was not conducive for homestay people. The procedure is to use the card access in and must be used upon check out. So when you return the access card you need to touch upon leaving and then need to go in again to leave it in the mailbox and walk your way out again. Not convenient if you use vehicle.
• Maryam (7/5): Pleasant Short stay at Greenfield - Sofa was comfy. Toilet is big and there's balcony to hang/dry clothes. Didn't see a single ant despite me bringing lots of food. Floor is very clean ie no dust/hair. Got good price during weekday stay. Was told tv was unavailable but wifi was all I need. Wardrobe door was stuck and couldn't slide to retrieve hangers. From pictures, apartment look cute but in real life there's much maintenance to be done.

• Eng (6/5): Wouldn't mind staying again provided cleanliness is up to standard - Location is good. Host is very accommodative and easy to communicate. Provides clear direction to assess the apartment without any issue. Cleanliness is not up to standard. Floor is sticky. Can see dusts, water and soap stain in the bathroom. Suggest the host to engage professional cleaner for deep cleaning the entire apartment. Quite noisy as it is located near main road. Suggest to bring ear plugs for those who are sensitive to noise when sleeping.

• Zahid (7/5): okay - Strategic location. Good facility. The room is so-so but it doesn't matter because i didn't stay in the room for long. I really enjoy the pool & gym! Suits a family. The mattress and futon are clean. no proper table for me to do my work on my laptop as i travel for work
