Zulaikha (1/5): Horrible - We do not checked in. The owner not respond to our call, whatsapp and leave us hanging. Payment had been made. Butt we had never got any refund yet
Chai (1/5): Poor agency, poor booking platform - Nothing like Room was booked by others on different platforms. The contact number was directed to different agents and no one confirmed my booking. End of the day I didn’t check in to the property
Yani Said (1/5): - Nil I got scammed by either Booking.com or the property itself. But either 1 of them deducted my credit card amount of RM646 & poof - leave me with no news! I have to look for another property myself within 2hrs prior to entering JB. Just imagine how paranoid I've come to think that my kids do not have a place to sleep-in. The property chose not to reply to my emails, answering my calls & not helping to rectify this with Booking.com So, pls b careful with this
tjhi (1/5): Fake posting. - Nothing. Customer service was non-existent. The property contact number could not solve any of my issue. Eventually, property owner told me to call 6 other different number (to no avail, none of them picked up). The property owner told me that my booking number was invalid and that my book was not confirmed. They left me stranded outside the condo for 1.5hrs and eventually told me that the booking was fake and asked me to get a refund from booking.com. Kudos to booking.com for the prompt assistance and refund. Please remove this fake listing to prevent others from falling into the same trap.

Aemiera (9/5): Superb - Guide given by the host to check in was easy to understand and follow. Space was very cozy with excellent and complete amenities. Room was spacious too. Me and my girls had a pleasant time from when we arrived to checking out. 10/10 experience.
