• Zarin (10/5): - Location is very central, close to Pavillion Bukit Jalil and lots of food areas, and you have a view of the city skyline and Petronas towers albeit from a distance. Clean apartment, good value for money, friendly and accomodating staff with clear communication and instructions for check in and out. Highly recommend, will definitely rebook if visiting the area. There were too many WhatsApp messages involved, and it took around 30 minutes just to settle everything, especially with a small child. In addition, there was no clear direction on where to park. The toilet had a strong urine smell, and some of the equipment appeared unsafe and could potentially cause a short circuit.

Alasannya sebab dia tak tahu apa2. Masalahnya tak habis sampai di situ. Pihak menegement beritahu sapaya saya pindah bilik lain utk keesokakan hrinya. Dan ini menyusahkan kami sekeluarga yg mempnyai anak kecil termasuk anak istimewa. Selepas hampir 2 jam saya masage dgn pihak management barulah pihak managenment membenarkan saya tinggal di bilik tu smpai saya check out ( check in 21/5 - 23/5 ). Saya Sertakan sekali masage antara saya dengan pihak management.

However, when I arrived at the property at night and called them, I was told that there was no room or house available for me. This was shocking because my booking had already been confirmed. Additionally, the booking stated clearly that payment could be made at the property. But when I arrived, they suddenly told me that I needed to pay in advance. There was no mention of this in the confirmation email, and they never contacted me beforehand to inform me about any upfront payment requirement. It was extremely inconvenient to arrive late at night only to find out that there was no accommodation available despite having a confirmed booking. This situation was very frustrating and unprofessional. I hope the management improves their booking system and communication to avoid causing the same problem for other guests. • chong selinne (1/5): An Unsettling and Unsafe Stay Experience - NO This accommodation is very complicated and not very secure. If a woman is staying alone, she needs to be extra careful. There are many outside guests from different backgrounds, including Indians, Malays, and people from other countries, so you really need to be cautious. One night, in the middle of the night, someone even tried to open my door with a key. It was very scary and made me feel unsafe. The management of this homestay is also very disorganized. They told us check-in would be between 2:30–3:00 PM, but there was only one agent distributing the keys. In the end, we only received our key at 3:30 PM. When they delayed giving us the key, there was no mention of any compensation. However, when we requested early check-in or late check-out, they immediately said it would cost 30 per hour. Overall, I would not recommend staying here, and I would not recommend booking with this company.
