• May Lee (9/5): Nice big unit, good for family. - I like the good location. Nearby / walking distance to eateries. The unit is big, huge for 3 persons. So in my opinion it's just nice for 5 people / big family. Very nice view, since it's located about 20+ floors. Lots of parking lots. You need to register for parking. I didn't like the disco sounds coming from below somewhere even though it's not that bad. I still can sleep. The elderly can't hear a single sound from below (of course), but my ears are sharp. There are only 3 lifts in the apartment, the waiting time is only about a few minutes.

• Vinoch (9/5): It was an amazing stay. - It is a great place to stay for a family or a group of friends. All the necessary amenities are provided. Nice location. You have restaurants and provision stores infront and beside this apartment. -
• SIEW FONG (5/5): Review for host to take not for improvements. - Location good. This property has too many night life people staying. Not suitable for family with children. Lifts are all full, around 10pm onwards as night life commence. During my stay, 1 of the lift was not functioning, created inconvenience to the tenants. Many ants around the kitchen basin, floor, tiolets even the wardrobe. Both washrooms are not clean. Utensils and cups are oily.

• Norashilah (4/5): Great place to stay, facilities not kids friendly as it was not maintained well. - The apartment was clean and everything worked perfectly such as the aircon, water heater, kitchen items, fridge. We had a wonderful and comfortable stay. The swimming pool and the sky view at the roof top looks abandoned. Swimming pool had cigarette buds in the kids pool. We came as a family of 2, only one free parking allowed. There was no flexibility to arrange another parking slot for another car. The alternative parking area is slightly far and not convenient for a family of toddlers. Hope there is a better arrangement for additional cars to be parked in the residence area.
• Shane H Wong (9/5): - The apartment was great, with L37 views, well-equipped kitchen, microwave, stove, frying pans etc. Bedding was comfortable, and the whole apartment was very clean. Good option for my family of six with 4 kids. About 12 mins walk to KSL, and lots of popular food options around such as Thai, dim sum, noodles, ikan Bakar and sarang burung. The gym looks ok. Only thing was that the pool area was quite run down and needs maintenance.

• Laulaameilingg (2/5): Could be better - i think the place is nice to stay if it weren't for other factors This place is facing a night club infront of it and at night during weekends it gets really noisy till late night plus the lift is super slow to go down and there is alot of foreigner (girls) staying here who works at the night club so it was kind of a scary experience for my family. Parking was also hard to navigate.

• Adam (4/5): Cannot sleep well - Communication was good and it was easy to get the keys etc Very close to Club Lunar which started their loud bassy music at 10pm and ended at 4am! my whole family couldn't sleep and we were at level 19. please take this into consideration if you intend to have a chill relaxing stay because it won't be due to this. Extra pillows would be useful and the astro remote wasnt working well with the tv.
• Nabilah (8/5): Pleasant stay - The house is amazing. My mom especially fell in love with the house layout, and comfort. Staff are very helpful and respond to any queries. Would be great if can provide a proper signboard on where to go and how to get to the homestay from the plaza parking as it is confusing. Also appreciate if the owner can provide extra blankets or pillows for better comfort or extra guest. Overall it's a good experience.

• Sherril Teo (8/5): Nice stay - High floor. Rooms are clean & tidy, like that it has 2 single bed in one of the room. Check in/out is fast as the office is just below the apartment. One of the double Queen bed room has strong perfume smell blowing from the aircon. Didn’t really sleep well with the strong smell. Please look into it, Other rooms are ok.

• Lim mingqiang (8/5): if you are looking for a affordable stay, this would be a good choice. - It is always easy to check in and hassle free for pinnacle tower. During office hour, there will be some one at the office to assist you with the check in. And after office hour they will provide the key in a small locker with keypad lock. The lift is slow and crowded during certain period of the time, especially during evening time. And it feels warm in the lobby while waiting for the lift to arrive. Most importantly i feel there should be more lift or a lift upgrade.

• Shirley (1/5): Not recommended for stay. - Location. Close to JB town. The bathroom sink is rusty. There are bad odour at the bathroom. There are mosquitoes in the rooms. The floor is not clean. The TV is not working. The lift is badly maintained. The lights were off at one of the lift on second night of our stay. The crowd around are more of foreigners from Thailand and Bangladesh during our stay. Food stalls around are mainly Thai Food and 1 Muslim restaurant.

• Carole (9/5): Very convenient location for a short stay ! - Very good location, next to malls, restaurants and easy taxi pick up. 2 sets of keys which was great, nice view, loads of space, comfortable beds. Needed a few more towels, perhaps shower heads need to be changed as water is going different directions so everything gets very wet in the bathroom. No chairs at all around the pool which is a shame as the pool itself is nice.

More trashbag could be provided as we clear the trash everyday. Fan speed could be better. But i also heard that the area is a red light district. So was abit concerning.
