• Habiba Badakhshi (1/5): Ikke betal depositum, ikke stole på henne hun er dårlig å lover om tilbake betaling, men hun betaler ikke tilbake deposi - Hei, Jeg ønsker å sende en formell klage på overnattingen jeg har bestilt gjennom Booking. Bildene og beskrivelsen av leiligheten på Booking sin nettside stemmer ikke med den faktiske tilstanden. Leiligheten er i dårlig stand og fremstår som ødelagt og lite vedlikeholdt. Jeg tok kontakt med eieren for å melde fra om problemene, men opplevde kommunikasjonen som svært ubehagelig. Eieren brukte upassende og respektløst språk og viste ingen vilje til å finne en løsning. Hun er en eldre dame som opptrer svært aggressivt og respektløst. Sengen er ikke av standard størrelse; det er en liten seng som kanskje passer for henne, siden hun er rundt 140 cm høy. Hun antar at alle andre gjester er like små og derfor kan sove i den ødelagte sengen. Sofaen er også ødelagt, og ingenting samsvarer med bildene som er lagt ut på bookingsiden.

• Tania (9/5): Superb - Size, location and amenities. Great communication via WhatsApp. Wifi didn’t work but that could’ve been me not figuring out. Hard to pay deposit if you don’t have s Malaysian bank account. Met up before and after for cash deposit.
• Yuki (5/5): Room and owners personality were good, but broken was regret. - The room was very clean and comfortable. The washing facility has broken and repair operator didn’t do in my staying term. It was not owners responsibilty but I suggest to replace old facility.

• Ruby (7/5): Conveniently located and nice view. Room is comfortable. But too many regulations to observe. - Location, cleanliness, nice view. Last minute request for refundable deposit in cash, too many rules and regulations.
