- Em (10/5): - Host is really helpful and they responded promptly to assist with our enquiries. Place cleanliness meets our expectation. Overall this was a pleasant stay. Could be better if there are extra pillows. Hint of cig smell when we enter the place.

- Jammunah (8/5): It was a good stay - The location was the best, it’s in the middle of the city so it’s very easy to go to places. The air conditioner got some issues where the remote control is not functioning. So it’s very hard to turn on and off also hard to adjust the temperature. The main switch of the air conditioner was also had to reach and need to climb up the chair all the time to turn on and off the air conditioner.

- Jo (1/5): Ruined My Vacation - I have booked an apartment, supposed to check in on 26 Nov 2022 and check out date 27 Nov 2022. The property is Greenfield Regency service apartment. However, when we reached near there, the host contacted me and told me that they have lost the key to the apartment and so they were unable to provide us the accommodation. Furthermore, they were also unable to replace me with another place to stay. I am very upset with such service as I have planned for the vacation with my family and in the end being ruined.
