Samuel (2/5): Don’t stay here - Check in was seamless Our room was mouldy and dirty, stained linen and walls. When we contacted them for help the AI bot to deal with instead of a reception was a shocking experience. The guy who came to clean although we appreciated his efforts and wasn’t his fault at all brought mosquito repellant to clean the mould……We changed to another room the next morning and although it was better the linen was still unclean but we made do. We wasted a lot of money on this, don’t make the same mistake. If you do make sure you are on them about the deposit as despite previous bad reviews they are still very slack with refunding it

Jan (8/5): Make extensions more guest friendly please - Big apartment. Relatively clean. Basic amenities. Bed was kind of hard. I tried extending my stay but was told to go through booking.com . After I booked the reservation and send them the info, the staff did not check the info/dates properly as I got the date wrong but just informed me to contact them the day after to move to another unit. Got a shocking suprise the day after but at least the process to cancel and refund the booking and deposit was simple. Just regret the process , should make it easier for guests to extend stay without going through all the booking process.

Aaron (4/5): It’s was value for money, just pity the management of the property. - Value for money, able to stay up to 6 people Management is really bad, no instructions given on how to retrieve access card, no guide on returning access card. Digital door lock has no battery, air conditioning is broken, fan remote is broken, pillow and bed sheets are dirty.

Ivy (4/5): Disappointing - Good location. It has a total of 50 stories but Lift is very fast. Helpful security guard on duty. They impose strict early check in and late check out fee of RM50 but they couldn't manage to hand over the room to me on time. They don't even bother to inform and just get the guard on duty to pass the message when I was there to check in. The security guard on duty provide better service than host. Room has a very strong painting odour. I personally prefer Continew Residensi host by Infini Suites.

Kayla (10/5): Reunited trip - The place was superb. We only stayed for a few hours but it was still awesome. The place is not big but comfortable. The staff was excellent but understandable that they are foreigners so language barriers. To check in you must text them first so that they will be alert on your timing. We only waited for a few minutes and yes, we can check in and rest! There was one chair broken when no one sat there. We just put our food bag and their chair broke down. Otherwise all was okay.
