Hanisha (6/5): Home Stay - Very spacious. Kids play corner was good to keep kids occupied. The area around the toilet did not dry quickly, as there was no drainage near the toilet bowl. It also had an unpleasant odor.

Noor Irdawaty (10/5): Spacious and convenient stay with easy Grab access, though the bathroom had a slight smell - Had a great stay! The place was big, comfy, and super convenient. The view was absolutely awesome — we got to catch both the sunrise and sunset right from the unit. The kids had a blast at the play area, which made it even more enjoyable for the whole family Not exactly near CIQ, but still easy to move around using GRAB. Only downside was the bathroom in the room had a bit of a smell.

I think the whole place is quite run down not only the unit itself.Nothing much nearby other than a Chinese restaurant which was not fantastic and an Indian restaurant which I didn't get a chance to try.If you use grab it's cheap and easy to move around

Every thing was exceptional and most of all the bed is comfy and clean but only the jacuzzi is not working/available but still can relax inside the tub and one of the rattan chair at the balcony is broken when we arrived. Hope to come again in the future.. Thanks for the great service and keep it up.

Nothing much to say but for someone that not driving its quite far to go out late night to get supper...Can order grab and collect at security point but too bad above Rm100 need to pay by cash as apps dont accept by card...so need spare more cash in case u going to order food by apps...

Sarah (10/5): Relaxing, Clean, Comfortable - I'd come back again! - - Location very good, rm5 for grab to most places nearby in town. - Check in and out process very clear. Host sent a document with pictures to clearly show how to go thru security, get the key card, and get into the room. - The best part is everything in the room is super clean. Floor, bath tub, toilet, shower, basins, and even the balcony area all way cleaner than I've experienced in most places. Feels really like home to be able to comfortably relax immediately without having to clean things before using. Could even step into the balcony area barefooted and use the tables and chairs without having to dust it. - Love the diffusers and fragrances used in the the room. Was a wonderful bonus to sit at the counter area and have wafts of jasmine flowers. - Balcony view overlooks the pool below and the sea facing Singapore. And the unit is high up enough (and weather was also good enough) that it feels really relaxing to chill at the balcony area, something I didn't expect at all. - Fan remote wasn't working, but that wasn't an issue because we didn't really need to adjust it much. Just used the wall switch to turn on and off. - Pillows could have been firmer, but that is more of a personal preference since some ppl might prefer super soft pillows.

Er (8/5): Quite ok for weekend stay. - Location is quite good as it is quite close to JB city and residential area. This unit is facing the straits of Johor-Singapore. Cosy design and clean. Quite noisy as it is closed to CIQ, noise from the traffic especially motorcycles can be heard here. The refund of deposit is quite slow (within 24 hours after checking-out).

Cozy and comfortable stay. recommend to those who wants stay in JB. - 1. the property owner very helpful and supportive and even can reply my WhatsApp messages in the middle of the night. 2. very cozy and comfortable place to stay. Peaceful life. the studio room quite huge. 3. can see the JB Custom checkpoint (CIQ) from the place i stay (Level 14). so near can go SG already. haha. 4. Just the bed still have few strands of hair, which for me, is okay. can clean up my self. but i suggest to make sure bed and the bed sheet are clean for next visitors to stay.

Security are on hand to help you 24/7. Parking arrangements could be better. It not the fault of co-host. Apparently someone blocked my parking space and I had to park on the 4th floor. To return/ collect visitor parking notice is quite a hassle

Khalilah (10/5): Spacious homestay near CIQ - The homestay is very spacious. Big enough to fit a family of 7. Everything is in order. All the rooms are clean and neat. The additional bathroom was an advantage. Also, the MBR is equipped with a jacuzzi bath tub. Tub toys are also provided for the children to use. Complimentary instant drinks, water dispenser and basic dishes are provided. Basically all basic needs are provided i.e towels, shower gel, shampoo, laundry detergent etc. Location is very close to CIQ. Checking in was also easy as the instructions were given clearly. The hosts are very responsive and friendly. Thank you so much for the hospitality. The jammed road leading to the homestay as it is located very near to CIQ exit but it is bearable.

Nor (9/5): Very pleasant and comfortable stay for family - the property is clean. the bed and pillows are comfy. the house is fully equipped with microwave, washing machine and water filter unit. so convenience. the location is nearby to many good local food. the owner is also nice. my unit has 2 rooms with 3 bathrooms. no more fighting when it comes to go to toilet. love it so much. the whole apartment look a bit shady from the outside but the unit is really nice. the parking lot is a bit narrow and tricky.
Syed (1/5): Bad experience with this Apartment provider - Nothing that we like about this apartment and service provider. Very bad experience. They even have CCTV outside unit that intrudes our privacy. Please refrain if you could. Exercise caution before booking. The owner did not inform that we need to deposit SGD 60 in the booking.com website. We were told only on the day of check in. We checked in late at night and yet no waiver given. Until now, we have not received our SGD 60 deposit. Keep saying 24 hours but still keep our money. Very disappointed. Beware to of this so called Homestay.
