Messaged him the day before for the check-in details and he only replied the next day after 4pm which is past the check-in time. When I checked out in the morning and informed him, he didn't respond until night time. WiFi has no internet connectivity. The WC in the 2nd bedroom is unusable as it does not flush properly and leaks water. The host didn't even respond when I informed him about the poor WiFi and faulty WC. It was only after I checked out that he responded and apologized for the shortcomings.

• Emily (7/5): Good - - The location is closed to mall like ksl, city square.. - Basic toiletries provided. Washing machine is a plus.. - place is big, can accomodate 6 pax with pull out bed provided - Chk out time is 1pm which is good. Not so rush I personally feel the bed is hard for me, overall ok. Cleaning can be more meticulous, when we push the bed, hv tissue.. May hv Netflix /YouTube but we not able to set up. Response time a bit slow..

• Lim (10/5): excellent - My family and i hv a pleasant stay at Setia 88. Host was responsive and details. Room was clean and spacious. Bascially all cutlery and necessities is in place for us to uses. 5G Wifi was strong and TV channel was clear. Location was convenient to find food and short distance to shopping. Recommended for family accommodation and corporate retreat. Will be a prefer choice for us again. Thanks to Host Benjamin!
