- Fakhira (1/5): Extremely disappointing stay - Not worth the money - The rooms were not clean and there were small cockroaches everywhere. The rooms were shockingly basic. Only one bed and no other furniture. There was no dressing table, no mirror, no wardrobe and even the kitchen utensils provided were rusty.
On top of that, we were told not to switch on the AC for the first 24 hours to avoid extra charges and the fans barely move. We were also told that if our electricity usage exceeded 200 RM, we would have to pay additional charges. These kinds of additional charges are unreasonable for guests who have already paid for the whole apartment expecting basic comfort. Definitely not worth the money. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean and comfortable stay.

- Lye (1/5): Very Disappointing Stay – Would Not Recommend - I recently stayed at this Unit with my family, and unfortunately, it was a huge letdown. The experience was full of issues that made it far from the relaxing getaway we hoped for.
First, the person in charge was incredibly unresponsive. I had trouble getting in touch with them, which resulted in us checking in much later than expected. It was frustrating to have no clear communication.
When we finally arrived, we found the parking space was occupied by another car, leaving us with no place to park. This added unnecessary stress to our already delayed arrival.
To make matters worse, the property was completely different from what was shown in the listing. The vibe and mood of the space were nothing like the pictures, and it felt misleading. When I reached out to the owner, they outright denied that the property looked any different from the listing photos. This was incredibly frustrating and felt like they weren’t taking accountability.
On top of that, the owner mentioned that the property we originally booked had electrical issues, so they decided to change us to another unit. However, we were never informed about this in advance or even when we checked in. It was only brought up later, which left us feeling completely blindsided.
Despite all these issues, there was no apology or effort to make things right. The lack of basic customer care was truly disappointing. I would not recommend this property to anyone, and I certainly won’t be booking here again.

Early informed us to check out before 12 p.m., but the refund very delayed after 34 hours, and they refunded after I texted them only.

- Jiunnhuei (1/5): Ridiculous owner & agent. Never book again!! - Nothing The restriction rm 200 for electricity & water usage is ridiculous and this policy is not mentioned in the booking.com. It’s like only after booking and contact with the agent then will u know this hidden cost, truly dishonest and cheating behaviour. The worse is after ur feedback to the agent about this ridiculous restriction fee then the agent ask u to respond to booking.com customer service. What an irresponsible owner and agent! Nevertheless, this hidden additional policy is added personally by the owner and agent but not the official platform. How can the owner push down the responsibility but just let the booking customer bear this sohai cost. Besides, ask the agent to send the deposit receipt but never receive. Last but not least, ask the owner to give additional toilet roll but just give the small size one, u think it’s enough for more than 10 people to use for staying more than 1 week. Asking to give toilet roll the 2nd time then response already.

- Tan (1/5): Bad experience - Location is the only prefer Almost for whole room. From start, there is no guidance on how to reach to our unit, have to go thru with guard only know which is A block.
2nd when go in the room, the surrounding was moist. Then we found out every room bed sheet was still wet.
3rd every toilet is not clean, there is a lot of stain in the bowl and sink.
For overall this is the most terrible homestay I stay ever.
