- Samantha (1/5): FILTHY FILTHY FILTHY & Broken Furniture - Location. I stayed in the same building with an AirBnB managed by CityStays which was far superior so I already liked the location but this unit was disgusting. This apartment is filthy and managed poorly. I booked like 12 days but moved out in three. They refused to refund me. Customer service are defensive and do not answer quickly and never pick up the phone when you can but instead will message you while you’re calling and tell you to “Wait, ya?”
We arrived to a sofa with a dirty green blanket draped over the seat only to find out it was trying to hide massive stains on the beige sofa that the cleaners said cannot be removed. Then maybe replace the sofa or don’t rent or put and you live in that filth yourself? We didn’t know if they are water stains, piss stains, other bodily fluids? It was so disgusting and for the few days we stayed, we put towels on the sofa to sit.
The bathtub was very dirty and the bathrooms in general were not clean. We complained so much they said they’d send the Cleaners to do a “deep clean.” They came with no cleaning supplies except a spray bottle. Lucky we stayed around to observe because one guy started to clean the bathtub with the toilet brush (is this dirtiness cultural?) and another took the kitchen sponge for washing dishes to clean the bathroom as well. One other guy was just using his hands and WATER on the counters. It was laughable. I was thoroughly disgusted and decided I we were moving out.
The pics on the site showed pretty furniture. Yeah none of it was there. No coffee table in the living room until we complained so much they had to go buy a tiny round side table to suffice and no side tables in the bedrooms so we used chairs from the dining table to put our phones and items by the bed. The customer service person told me camera angles sometimes show a different image. Apparently camera angles create non existent furniture?
Finally found the missing furniture. All broken and instead of bothering to throw it all away, they left it piled on top of the washing machine in broken pieces and blamed the clients who stayed before us. My chat history with them is INSANE.
- leong (1/5): Mr - this unit is disgusting i was 10years booking.com user and this trip really make me going to quick this app. this unit is not properly cleaned, there is stain on the sofa cushion, no hot shower, and the lift lobby is smelly. i took pictures of my findings.
i only stayed one night despite booked for 3nights and actually checked out early aft first night.
I submitted request for free cancellation and expecting refund the remaining and the deposit.
- Florance (2/5): Was very disapointed with the service in and out too. - Everything inside the house was ok. I wanted to have a place to stay for a short time but gettng into the place was not as l imagine ya. Frontline security was not helpful as they were complaining about the person in charge of the property. I could not get in for almost 1/2 hour as the property owener did not give my info to them and l was not allow to go in. Then i tried to call the numbers given and there its goes.....no answer. How do you think l am going to suggest this place??? its very inconvenice for parking etc. Anyway its my first and last experince in this place. I have travel so many place n did a homestay... this is really bad. Even till today l still have not got my deposit refund. Most to most is 2 to 3 days....

A bit difficult to access via walking from the LRT station.
Tedious to go outside without bringing someone else to tap the access card even at the lobby.
Toilet was not clean enough — got stains on the wall.
Stains on the sofa.
Iron was broken.
Could not access local channels on the tv, no Netflix, only YouTube, but hard to navigate with the remote control.

The receptionist didnt allowed us to check in because the owner didnt communicate with the security guard properly.
We showed our passport and booking confirmation but they still didnt allowed us to check in.
We arrived at the mid night after long and tried journey and we end up no room to stay.
Then we ask for assist for the refund for the room charges, they didnt replied and answer call at all. I sent message thru the Booking platform but also end up no replied.
It was a nightmare and worst experience that we had for this AirBnB and booking.com! The service is extremely bad! Stay in a proper hotel is better. The security guard didnt allowed us to check in even we showed our passport and booking confirmation.

- Dhi (8/5): Very good - We like the strategically assigned unit, the clean unit and the amenities. We were also amazed at the privacy of the unit and we appreciate it. It took us a while to figure out how to get to the mall via connection as there were no prior instructions given. Probably for the check in procedure, the organizer could list out the ways for their guests to get to the mall as it might help the guests.

TV cannot use! Only one key is provided, not enough. I was so excited when I know there’s Netflix but end up TV totally cannot open, I told the owner they ask me wait then no response, Owner response very slow, but when it comes to checkout or take deposit then they response very fast. Encounter lift problem when I went back there at midnight, one lift out of service and another one lift door cannot open, wait there for around 2 hours.

- Hj (8/5): Nice and convenient. - Easy access to the mall, LRT station, very high security so you feel safe. The price is considered cheap for three rooms with 5 towels provided. The staffs were also nice. And lastly, i love the view of Menara TM. Unfortunately, when I checked in, the shower was leaking and I have reported immediately to the staff. I hope my deposit will not burn because of this. Moreover the deposit is also very expensive.

- Mbw (3/5): FRUSTRATIONS!!! - The apartment is nice , ONCE YOU GET TO KNOW ALL THE QUIRKY INS AND OUTS of the poor and paranoid and mischievous manager Management of operations and instructions and CLARITY long before the refund deadline is ABYSMAL.
They demand 300 R deposit “ on arrival” not at the desk in cash , or not added to booking bill conveniently from yr credit card , but on a MALAY bank account system (only for Malays) .. or transfer via a DODGY link.. while you landed on KLIA WiFi link (which totally UNSECURED!!).
If thru miracle you pay via Wise or PayPal.. you find that you lose 5% on outgoing transfer.. and upon return transfer (weeks later!!!) you lose ANOTHER 8%!!! 50 ringgit GONE OUT of THE 300 demanded !🤬because this manager chooses the WORST transfer method: visa credit card !
Further the way to get to the correct lobby from the LRT station is wrong and complex.. due to also an incredibly UNLOGIC building and mall arrangement,
Further the operation of the lifts (order to use keycard, push button , and HOLD THE LIFTDOOR OPEN) is more insane than anything you d experienced.
And then the check out instructions is testament to more paranoia of these people.
The WHOLE EXPERIENCE with management is incredibly FRUSTRATING!

Besides, it is hard to find our way to the mall. I think it would be great to put directions so it can be more convenient. Also, i think the access key is hard to use and unhelpful.

- Prema (1/5): Horrible stay in homestay in my entire Booking . Com. - I was asked to pay RM300 as deposit. Also on top of that I asked if i can chek in 2.30 , 30 mins earlier, but the owner didnt allow.
Its not child friendly as the 30th floor jas balcony where there is no child lock for the doors! We had hard time.
The collection of key was challenging as the location was not as given on top of that the parking is only for one car and we need to park in the mall costing RM30 per day.
The bath tub was very high and not suitable for Bathing and risk of falling. With dirty walls. The toilet sitting cover was not fitting .and there is no hook at bathroom.
There were no aircond or fan in one of the room. Small cooler without functions.
The worst , the owner asked us to take photos of all the rooms before leaving!!! Why should we do that?
Overall bad experience with very calculative owner!

- Alexander (10/5): Exceptional - Super convenient location with direct access to KL Gateway Mall and the LRT. Spacious Balcony and great view of Kuala Lumpur. The guards at the property are very friendly and it is easy to park the car. The property is well equipped with washing machine, big fridge etc. There is only one Keycard which required some planning on certain days of our stay. The Internet didn't work one of the days but the Host was helpful and managed to fix it the next day.
- Rozaiman (3/5): uncommunicative hosts. wifi-less stay. - the location was convenient, apartment building is connected to the mall and train station via linkways. the apartment itself is clean. check in was stated at 3.30pm. we were there slightly before 4pm and was told by the guy at reception that he did not receive any reservation details from our hosts. we messaged the hosts and called the numbers that we could find from prior communication (they either take very long to reply or don't answer some of my questions at all) via booking.com platform and the numbers on the listing; all calls unanswered. fortunately, the guy at reception was very helpful when we showed our booking confirmation, assisted us in checking in and getting into our unit. our messages to the hosts were finally only replied to at 8.30pm (5 hours later!) and they still had the cheek to ask for a damage deposit (via TNG platform which we don't have or via bank transfer) without apologising nor addressing the check-in issues when we brought it up. my bank requires the name and address of the payee (its the bank's safeguard against scammers) but they refused to give us this information, making it impossible for us to pay this deposit. they did not reply at all when we asked for wifi password. so we had no wifi in the apartment for the entire duration of our stay. spent most of our time at another unit we rented for our other family members that we travelled with. one of the balcony doors in one of the bedrooms cannot be locked - not safe for family with small kids.

Rooms were spacious. Sort of personal elevator setup. Helpful security personnel. Confusing parking area instruction. Would be better with video perhaps. Forgot to top up the dish washer, only given little left over soap.

1. I’m not expecting I need to pay security deposit.
2. I’m also extremely annoyed with the check in requirement. How can a home stay or the management of the apartment ask me for my ID and need to take a photo of my ID, if not, cannot check in ! This is not a hotel and they cannot demand us for ID and take a photo. Isn’t it enough that I showed them my photo ID, verify on the spot?
3. If all these requirement were stated clearly in the description during booking, I won’t book. I’m extreme disappointed with how booking.com the way you manage information.
Staying in a Premium residence, but the toilet bowl seat is not the right size ? it’s meant for kids ?? for both bathroom? We stayed for 2 nights, 4 persons, we only have 2 pity small roll of toilet paper ? This is the most ridiculous apartment I ever stayed.
- Hsu (7/5): Logistics to consider for a great stay - Spacious, clean, walking distance to University LRT station, comfy beds, excellent night view from 31st floor balcony, love the outdoor pool and amenities, helpful security guards who told us access through mall is 7th floor, walk across to a special lift to level 2 of Gateway Mall. Convenience of a Village Grocer/food access. Clear check-in and checkout instructions. It was hard to see the building entrance even with our Waze and google maps navigators. If you missed the left turn entry and chosen an incorrect fork road (no signboards), you would have a long drive with tolls to turn back. We were not local drivers, hence found it stressful on the roads to reach this place. My tip is to choose the right fork to U-Turn if you missed the entry. However it is good for those coming with LRT but the logistics to reach the main lobby with luggages to checkin would be challenging. Else, come with local taxis who are familiar and had driven to the building before.
Please allocate extra checkout time especially if you are rushing to airport as you need to take photos of the rooms, main door locks and return key lockbox as part of checking out procedures. Clear checkout instructions given but allocate the time as I’ve never encountered so many photos request.

- Mikuláš (4/5): Disappointing - Don't get fooled by the photos. This apartment is dirty, wrongly built and very badly managed.
This maybe used to be a nice apartment, but nowadays it definitely isn't. There are hair of at least 6 guests spread across the apartment, the wall is falling apart in the big bathroom and most of the apartment walls are just dirty and have black marks everywhere. In the big bathroom the main light doesn't work so you can't use the mirror at all. There were hair on the floor and in the tub. Yuck. You will get a hair dryer with a EU plug so you can't use it but no worries, because there is no power plug in the bathroom and the "mirror" in the bedroom is tore off the wall and just laid down. In the second bathroom there is a clogged/broken drain. It is VERY dangerous because when you stop showering, the water is everywhere and after about an hour the only thing left will be wet soap on the floor. The balcony door can't be shut properly so get ready for some motorbike sounds to wake you up at night. And when you want to go to sleep, you have bed lights. But to turn those on/off you have to walk across the whole room. Lamp in the living room is nice, but not working. The team of 4 people on WA is responding slowly and seem to be annoyed by any request. I was waiting in the very nearby hospital after a major surgery to be able go to the apartment, told them this, yet they waited till the very last minute to send me the code to get in after I reminded myself. And yes, it was of course possible sooner. Also they don't hesitate to message you during night time with sending you new rules to your morning check-out. I'd call this an apartment with potential, but it's just dirty, VERY badly managed and wrongly built. Avoid this stay, prefer your mental health and choose something clean and working.
- Anand (8/5): All good - location was fine. Very private. - Location was good - considering we were travelling to attend the event at the mall next door. Unit was very high in privacy - the elevator opens up to your front door! It was great - however if i were to follow the host's words and walk on the main road to get to the mall, it'll be quite dangerous. Until i read elsewhere there's an access from the building itself to the mall.

The modern interior design of the apartment is a bonus! The nighttime Bangsar view from the balcony is amazing. No grocery store within the building itself, you'll have to walk to the other side. The closest would be the Village Grocer store in the KL Gateway Mall.
