The unit is superrr big and more than comfortable for 7 adults + 1 baby. We sincerely appreciate the excellent service, and it truly deserves a great thumbs up.

• Qqice (5/5): - Owner is good, clear instruction how to check in In house has been prepared extra bed and blankets. Some touch up is needed since the house is a bit old, but it’s clean. Not every photo in the images is actually from the house, which I’m a bit unhappy about.

Not a clear instructions given. Very dissapointed!! Location is too inside. Parking is very bad and not wheel chair friendly. Park on side then go to lift take abother stairs like that. So difficult with elderly. Need to walk alot.

• Nouf (1/5): “Very bad apartment – I would never stay here again” - 🌚 Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing stay for many reasons: • The apartment was completely unclean, with insects and cockroaches found in multiple areas. • The bed sheets were dirty and full of hair, which was honestly disgusting. • Lighting was very poor, especially in the bathroom, and the whole place felt dark and uncomfortable. • The microwave didn’t work, and although we reported it, the management gave no solution – they simply said they were “just the operating company.” • The iron was barely functional, which made simple tasks frustrating. • Wi-Fi was extremely weak and did not reach the bedrooms at all. • There were no tissues provided in the living area or kitchen, which is a basic necessity. Honestly, I can’t rate this apartment higher than 1 star, and I definitely would not recommend it to anyone.

• Alice (1/5): Bad - Well Located in City of Kuala Lumpur My bad day with this property’s..I took 2 day and nights in this property but I don’t deserved to be there again with my family’s. The Master Bedroom with air conditioning trouble & sound noises ..what have they had for the guess. I sleep in a hot all night long with licking aircond ! The bedsheet was smelly…they can’t even change the new bedsheet & clean for next guests! I don’t satisfied at all! They spoiled my vacay.
• Liah (1/5): Rude host - Nothing, the host, Arshi spoiled the whole experience with his bad attitude. He should not be in the hospitality industry. The host, Arshi was rude and has no manners. He threatened to deduct the deposit without checking the actual situation. He expected us to update him despite the instructions he gave for checkout. It was his mistake and yet no apologies from him. The apartment had cockroaches and dirty curtains. The 3 bedroom apartment were meant for 6 people but only 4 dining chairs of which 2 were broken. One side of the sofa was broken and had to be propped up. There was only 1 key card provided to be shared among 5 adults with 3 children.

(1 inside master bedroom, 1 shared in between 2 rooms) All utilities is adequate Our balcony totally in front of Menara PNB, middle of Kuala Lumpur Overall for rm 500 and one night stay totally worth the price for 10 person stay There a small mart below the building, quitr convenience One of the bathroom has a bit dimmed light Parking at Level 6 for free parking, and need to cross to another level and climb stairs to the lift area Better park at level 1 and pay rm5..with no hassle

• Thomas (7/5): Nice apartment - The view from the apartment was fantastic, on the 26th floor with nice balcony. The host Arshi was very helpful. It was walking distance (15-20 minutes slow walk) to many destinations like Chinatown, Pavilion shopping mall. The apartment have been rented like this on Booking, Airbnb etc for some time and some things starts to see wear and tear. The pool area situated on the 10th floor was nice but also here some wear and tear was seen with few sun beds and creaking pool ladders.

• Jayne (4/5): I have used booking .com for all of my trips around the world but will now explore other options - Location was fine The whole experience was unpleasant from the time we arrived at the property (eventually at 2am as was not given the correct address so the cab driver could not find the apartment). We arrived to find no cot for the 10month old (which was asked for in two emails to the host) who then had to sleep on the floor for the first night until the host eventually came up with a bassinet on the second day. There was no tea coffee or milk on arrival, no hot water in the bathroom which kept tripping and eventually just did not work so everyone had to use the second bathroom. No hot water in the kitchen at all. I was also asked to pay on arrival which was not an issue for me but the host would not take card and only wanted cash, not something that has happened to us with Booking.com ever so we were a bit surprised. The host had to wait until the following day and had to take us to an ATM to withdraw the funds. Would not recommend this stay for anyone with babies or who require two functioning bathrooms

The bedrooms with the extra beds were able to accommodate all of us comfortably. Walking distance to Jalan Alor & Bt. Bintang's pubs. Mr Arshi was accommodative when we arrived in the early morning. We did not have NETFLIX which was supposed to be available during our stay.

He just simply put the blame on you. Please avoid this at any cause
• Mohd (8/5): Good stay for 3 families - The house is spacious. The owner prepared an extra bed and pillow. The swimming pool is open until 10pm. It says the homestay is walking distance to klcc but it's not. You must take Grab or e-hailing to go to klcc.

If you need me to confirm the booking then do it in the apps. You can charge from our card in the apps so don’t do it outside the apps and ask us to transfer the money separately. Whats the use of the booking if you want us to change the place and pay in advance outside of the apps. Scammers are around. Do you business properly.
