• Serena (7/5): - Cozy n clean. Basic amenities are provided. Dish washing detergent n sponge provided too! Great view! Towels n bed sheets are slightly old n worn out. Bath tub area probably need a little clean up.

• Thiam (6/5): Some maintenance issues otherwise a decent studio in a convenient location - Convenient location with access link to the mall until 10 pm. Detailed information on self check in (with video clips) Good cleanliness and well equipped for people who stay in a lot, but we only return to shower and sleep at night. Aida was Responsive to our feedback and apologetic to some inconvenience we experienced. Bath tub which made of plastic material cracked quite badly and leaking water onto the toilet floor, the crack makes the tub floor unstable and can be a fall/cut hazard. One of the bed is sunken.

• Tham (7/5): Studio Apartment Reviews & Suggestions - Walk into the apartment there is a nice pleasant smell, very important l like that!Overall the place & the beds looks neat n tidy! The only complain is the bath tub there is a big black stains dirty looking stuck inside the bath tub, very disgusting!😱 There is no bath mat provided so imagine we have to stand on top of the stains to bath😝Bath tub compulsory must have a bath mat inside the shower place, if wet there is a tendency will slip & fall!! Pls take great note on this point!!

And some more provide tooth brush and coffee tea and cold water inside the fridge that other unit don’t have . Really value for money. Will stay again if available. Should remove the bath tub if possible

• Feeziq (9/5): Nice Stay and Clean apartment! - The apartment is just as in the pic. Very clean and comfortable stay. We were greeted with a nice scent of the aroma candle when we entered the apartment. Will certainly come back if the apartment is available in our future travel date. Minimal issue that doesn't affect our stay. Just few pointers for owner to consider looking into. Otherwise all is excellent. 1. The aircon made quite a noise but we were fine cos it did not disturb our sleep. 2. The kettle seems to be faulty. Used it to boil water for our baby. It takes a long time for the indicator to go off but when the indicator was finally off, most of the water in the kettle evaporated. 3. We were unable to adjust the bathtub drain stopper. When took a bath, the water took awhile to be drained away through the small opening of the stopper.

• Thiam (8/5): Short getaway - The location was great, easier to book a ride to get around. The cleanliness of the apartment was good and owner got us extra toilet papers and trash bags. View from the balcony was great. Check in and check out was straight forward and convenient. The queen size mattress has sunken in and probably needs to be replaced. There was no shower curtains in the shower and it was difficult not to get the toilet floor wet when showering. The shower mixer seems to be damaged. Unable to direct the water to only the shower head. End up water was flowing to both shower head and bath tub, quite a fair bit of water wasted when showering. Owner informed on our first day. Not the owner's fault but the overall cleanliness of the building can be better. There air was stale and there was always a stench at the corridor when waiting for the lifts, and the wait for the lifts can take a bit of time, depending on your luck.

• Khai (4/5): Disappointing - The location is ideal and the host took initiative to contact you when the room is ready. view in the room is nice and check in process is straightforward. the facility of the room is really unpleasant. first, the water of the house is unstable, that being the water volume is super low! plus u may experience brushing teeth half way and there’s no more water. secondly, the floor is oily. When we step on the floor, it’s disgusting feeling.

• Nelly (7/5): A Wonderful Home Stay Experience - The owner welcome us personally to pass us the key and also provided us with an extra key as requested. They put in the effort to decorate the room with a swing to make it comfortable and even light up scented candle. The overall maintenance of the condo. Not well maintained, can see that some area were dirty and smelly and worst part were the lifts. Too many units served by so less lifts and most of the times were spent by waiting for the lifts.

• Putri (10/5): Will definitely be back if i’m here with my kids!! - The place is really cosy and I love the swing as much as my kids do! its so nice, i love the view and i like how the room was prepared for us so nicely! we were welcomed with the sweet scent of vanilla and plenty of other scents! the owner were really nice, he welcomed us as soon as we reached the property, and came down to see us off when we’re checking out. He was really nice as we had to wait for the lift for quite sometime, and he waited for us patiently. Many thanks to the owner for being so warm and kind to us!!

We couldnt manage to swim because the pool closing time is too early. We wanted badly to chill out at the pool. If allow to swim during nightime could be the best ever. Atleast till 9/10pm
