• quiroz Ibarra (5/5): no volveria por el tema de cobrar por una atencion al cliente debaria ser parte de su valor agregado - tienes una excelente ubicacion es la primera vez en muchos años que me cobran x la atencion de llagar un poco antes y la salida alas 11 am esta muy complicada sali alas 13 pm y aun asi me cobraron $400

• Scarlett (9/5): Muy linda estadia en Cancun. Volvemos en Enero. - El encagardo del apartamento muy atento y servicial. El departamento muy centrico y comodo. Esta muy cerca de plaza las americas, al lado de un Oxxo, cerca de Walmart etc. Facil de llegar en camion a la playa. La limpieza buena y la señora Elsa muy atenta a todo. Nos hospedamos en un estudio por un mes y seria necesario algun mueble para dejar la ropa, especialmente si uno va por un periodo mas largo. Tambien hacen falta mas utensillos para cocinar, vasos etc. Entiendo que no es necesario cuando uno va por solo una semana, pero igualmente necesario. Lo que si, yo contacte y la señora Elsa llego de una con ollas y sartenes.

• Sebcruz (5/5): The accommodation looked good, but there was no hot water, so we left. - When we arrived, there was no copy of the keys in the lockbox. We had to call the owner and wait for half an hour until they brought us the key. We were traveling for health-related reasons, and it was not ideal to be left waiting outside for that long. It is unpleasant to arrive at your accommodation and find that there are no keys, especially after I had contacted the owner multiple times to arrange an early check-in and ensure the keys were ready—but that didn’t happen. Then, as soon as we entered, we realized there was no hot water. We called a maintenance person who happened to be there, but he couldn’t fix the issue and told us he would be back “shortly.” We never saw him again. Seeing that the problem was unlikely to be resolved anytime soon, we decided to cancel our stay and move to another accommodation with hot water. It was the best decision we could have made, as the issue seemed unlikely to be fixed until after the weekend. The rest of the accommodation looked fine, but I can't properly evaluate it since we didn’t stay for the entire booking.
• Nickfil (8/5): Very good - Good location, near to the city, supermarkets and a couple of restaurants. Solid connection to Zona Hoteliera. Easy check-in, big rooms, comfy beds. Not noisy at all. We missed something like a rack to dry our clothes after the beach. The apartment is a bit dated, walls could be redone as well as the table in the kitchen.
