Would love to stay here again next time ☺️ The water dispenser cold temperature turns out to be warm (or maybe we just don’t know how to set it) but it’s really not a big deal.

• presheela (6/5): - Nice place. Easy to check In. Many restaurants nearby. Water purifier is the best as Not all homestay provide this. Especially with family it was very convenient. The sofa needs to be changed, it's too old. I didn't like the lights. Too dim and hurts my eyes even though I just spent a few hours there. The aircon was too hot. After I turned it on it was cold, after sometime it got too warm and stuffy. It needs to be changed too. The pillow was too soft. Except these the rest was good.

• Brenda (3/5): - Unfortunately, during the second night, the air conditioning was completely not functioning. This caused significant discomfort and made it almost impossible for us to sleep. As a result, it affected our overall rest and our activities the following day.

• Shalu (5/5): Very bad service & unprofessional - Apartment facilities were okay. We stayed for 8 days & 7 nights. We were only given 1 access card. We asked for another access card as we were a family of 5. To which, they put it in the mailbox the very best morning. Very responsive and professional. However; Firstly, on the 7th day, the WiFi was down for a long period of time. Messages to the property were not very responsive. They took a long time to reply. Unprofessional. Secondly, they took a deposit of a solid 300MYR (sent by me via bank transfer to the property), mind you, (the fees were bourne by me by my bank, apart from the 300MYR sent to them. However, when it was their time to return my deposit via a transfer, they used my 300MYR to deduct 6.62MYR fees from their transfer app. When I raised it up, I was being compared to other guests who never complained about such and was also wrongly accused that I was not educated about conversion currencies. I stated that it was ridiculous and unprofessional of them to do such. They then took it as their ticket to scold me cheap and ridiculous, also mentioned to transfer my OWN money back (the 6.62MYR) as charity. WOW. I was challenged to even report to booking.com. And yes, I sure did.

• XUE TING (8/5): 干净卫生，地点不错，出行方便。 - 环境干净、卫生、宽敞 每次洗澡水压不行，开花晒持续五分钟就会异常的发出响声 嗡嗡的响得特别大声，一开始还吓了一跳导致后面换家人洗澡都会通知一声避免吓到。

• Amina (1/5): HORRIBLE RESIDENCE AND SHADY OWNERS!! - Horrible experience! We contacted the apartment manager the same day we arrived if we could cancel our booking and get a refund since the apartment wasn’t as described, the sheets were stained and had huge holes in them, the bidet was broken and the rooms were much smaller than shown, barely any space to put luggage and move, the manager agreed to a refund since we contacted them within 24 hours ( we weren’t sure at first if they would refund us since it says in their policies that it’s non-refundable so we had to go through the cancellation through the apartment manager first), after we agreed on our check-out date and contacted the apartment manager and BOOKING to insure that we would actually get our money back (both confirmed and assured us multiple times that we will get a refund, since we were afraid that they would have us check-out and go back on their word), once we checked out, the refund period is around 2 weeks, it’s been a month and we’re already leaving the country and the residence still hasn’t refunded nor responded to booking even though they have agreed on refunding the money in writing which we have proof of and booking has assured us that in case the residence doesn’t give us our money back, that they would forcibly refund us, this HASN’T happened, the apartment manager rushed has to check-out and assured us that they would refund us so that they can rent the apartment to other people, so in other words they have our money and have rented the apartment to other people, TWICE THE PROFIT, we have contacted booking about our concern BEFORE checking out and they said they WILL refund us, it’s been a month we want our money back!!! We’ve contacted booking since and they either don’t respond or disconnect the call mid conversation. We had to book 4 new hotels since leaving the residence and still haven’t gotten our refund back! SCAMMERS, BEWARE! I will attach photos of the apartment to show the quality.
