- Nur Farahin (1/5): bad experience - I have to cancel it because they are a scammer . I had book one unit one month before and confirmed in the apps. Once arrived i contact the property for a check in guide line and they response was they already fully booked. Despite a confirmation in booking.com and i have. to pay at the property choices. This unit i booked on the same day since they did not accomodate my reservation. However it was stated thay this unit are available at the time and i contact the owner they also said they already fully booked. This is bad experience and they are such a scammer!

Because the person in charge didn't reply and didn't answer the phone, other people's phone was missed, the we’re waiting for more than half an hour. Bad attitude and service!! I won't book here anymore!

They also not provide free parking lot and need to pay rm20 per day. Until now I didn't get back my refund for booking fee.

- Rarash (1/5): Fake photos and cheating people - The room filled with dust, not clean. People toke the deposit and tell you wait 14 days For refund, that's mean after you leave Malaysia. So the deposit will not getting back to you. Please be careful of those people.
- Venu (1/5): POOR AND IRRESPONSIBLE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT & BOOKING PROCESS - Their audacity to not give me a unit after I have booking.com confirmation. The management of this property was sooo irresponsible. They did not provide clear instructions to securing a unit. We had a confirmation from booking.com and the cancelled our stay as their units were sold out !!!!!! They didn’t make any effort to reach out to me via WhatsApp or email for payment even up till a day before my stay. I reached out to them to check on payment and was told there is no units?????? What’s the point of receiving a confirmation from booking.com if the property DOES NOT HONOUR IT
