• SIEW ENG (9/5): Superd location - It is conveniently located, just next to KSL mall which can be accessed through a side door. The apartment is really cosy and it comes with a mahjong table. But have to pay a deposit of $65 to get a set of mahjong tiles. Checking in and out is easy other than you have to park outside the gantry to get the access card before you can drive into the property carpark. Overall it is a great place to stay at. To place deposit for the mahjong tiles and checking out time, have to park my car outside the gantry before placing the access cards into the mail box.

• Hwee Tiang (10/5): We were happy to be assigned a high-storey unit (28th storey) & overall experience was very pleasant - The location is very convenient as it is located just next to KSL Mall. The communications for check-in with the team is very pleasant. The response via WhatsAp is almost immediate! The staff Ms Priya is very friendly, polite and efficient. We could not find the WIFI and the toiletries stuffs. Toiletries stuffs are 'hidden' in the cabinets on top of the kitchen area, where we expected to find them in the washroom.

• Sherman (6/5): - Located close to KSL Wife didn't like the bedsheets. Since it's not a hotel there was concern the bedsheets could have been reused and not washed clean for every new customer. She bought disinfectant spray from Watsons and sprayed it on the bedsheets then sleeping on top of a bathroom towel. There is no bottled water and cups are s reused with previous tenants. We bought own bottled water from Watsons.
