• Suet (1/5): It is hoped that the landlord will pay attention to hygiene, especially if the tenant has children. - Only the location is satisfied. This room is really different from the pictures. This room was too dirty, and the door was visibly moldy. As soon as we entered the door, we smelled a bad smell. Too bad!

• Jasmine (7/5): Overall stay was good. - I like the supermarket. I find thing that i want. I don't like the basement carpark. the signage direction was not clear. Also i feel the housekeeping was not good enough as the cooking area was oily when i checked in n the pot was slightly burnt and was not removed. No hand soap in the house. Aircon was abit noisy.

• Paul (8/5): Great stay at apartment. - I was quite impressed with the speed of service. I was added into a WhatsApp group the day before the day and I got clear instructions on how and where to get the apartment key. There were videos showing me how to unlock the apartment door and also how to get to the parking lots. Very responsive on WhatsApp especially if you encounter issues. Rooms were good. Beds were firm. A pity I didnt have time to explore the swimming pool and admire the view. Location was near to the coffee shops and eateries nearby so food wasn't an issue. The facilities in the apartment was decent. Plates, bowls, cups, cutlery were in abundance. Dishwashing paste, microwave oven, even built in ovens, gas stove etc were available. Hair dryers, hangers, clothes rack were available for use. Generally a good stay if you are planning to explore JB. There was a smoky smell in the apartment and I think it's more of the air con servicing? I tried ventilating the apartment but it didn't work. The R&F mall didn't have much shops open and it wasn't really worth exploring. So it's better to explore the nearby shopping malls like Mid Valley South Key, KSL, City Square etc as these will be much better.

• Syhikin (5/5): Not a pleasant experience. - The apartment is spacious to fill our 3 family and super affordable. The apartment is not well-maintained. The bed was unkept and there were stains. The towels given are old, unwanted towels. There were cracks on the wooden floor. My sil even stepped on some gooey substance near her room entrance. We were disappointed as it was way beyond our expectations in comparison with another apartment that we stayed in located at R&F too.
• Syed (5/5): Passable - Its near cIq... Easily to get food... Power trip for more then 10times (7p.m - 2a.m). It was a nightmare for us family of 5. We had to walk down to get fresh air as the place was hot without fans and aircon. Pillow and materess worn out. Bring your own towel as their towel is also worn out.
• Anthea (8/5): Very good - Location was great, although initially it was a bit hard to collect the keys as we couldn't find the restaurant. The towels provided, it was very old.

I like the supermarket Jaya Grocer, the Empire Restaurant good food and other stores as well. it’s my 3rd time staying in this property 2 from same host and 1 from different host. I would come back to this apartment again. The recent apartment I stayed the main toilet sink have no cover and there’s smell. The master bed toilet the ventilation fan is not working. The bed and pillow it’s not comfortable at all. the 3 rooms the ceiling not really clean.

• Mahesh (6/5): Pleasant - --Very big house, very nice facilities in the house --good location, not difficult to locate --parking provided, which is a plus --very helpful host, provided help with all details required --Horrible smell when you enter the house, this is because of the drainage pipeline that runs through the front foyer room, which is luckily not present throughout the house --11 AM checkout, which is not usual, and additional charge of RM30 is highly not recommended, yet had to pay
• Tjsc (7/5): Good - - Nice facilities - There is no view of anything other than other apartments. Seaview and city view were advertised. - The kitchen needs a proper stovetop and oven.
