• James (10/5): It is a pleasant and comfortable stay experience. Recommend place to stay for short vacations. - Easy access to breakfast options within walking distance of the mall. There should have many other options located near the place. Easy access to the facility, with friendly staffs and no communication barriers. Surrounding there are poor road conditions and very few shops open during nighttime made it inconvenient. We are staying in 15th floor, there was frequent noise from car sirens and loud motorcycles sometime.

• Izhaar (9/5): A good stay with conditions - Centrally located with food options and a mall nearby The room isn't what you see in the photos but it's good enough. You may have to get things like warm shoes since the whole place is tiled (I get cold easily) and a few kitchen towels that you could use for the toilet and kitchen as these are not provided. You will have to do your own cleaning as there isn't a payable room cleaning service option.
• Nyuwynn Glen (10/5): Stay at Pudu Enjoy at Bukit Bintang - The unit is spacious for 3 adults and 1 child. The view from the unit at 40th floor is great. The unit come with refrigerator, water dispenser and the washing machine. Androidtv and wifi also provided. The nearest mall is My Town Mall which attached to the ikea. You can walk there from the residence for about 20 mins or by Grab cost around RM5-RM9. If you want to try the local foods you can go to ICC Pudu. This place is foods heaven. Go there as early as 0630am for your morning coffee. Then afterwards you can walk to Lalaport Mall. The Continew Residence really worth it. Located at Pudu and it is near to Bukit Bintang. Everything was fine.

Lots of grocery shops outside. Kitchen was fitted with a washing machine and a hot and cold water dispenser. We could see the Petronas Twin Towers from our room on the 19th floor. None

This is a plus point The toilet sometime has bad smell. Maybe from it’s bad sewerage. But the toilet cleanliness is just okay.

Equipped with everything u need on a daily basis. Great value for money vehicle and pedestrian gets in through the same entrance. Although it's not the owners fault.

• Anton (2/5): Unlucky residence with misleading information - I liked good Wi-Fi, the long pool 50 meters, 7-eleven across the street, huge MyTown mall 7 minutes on foot 1. I didn't like the noise - it came from everywhere: from the roads, from the corridor, from the elevators, from the mosque, the building is located at the huge crossroads hub and the windows are facing it, the windows are single glazed, the door is very thin, there is zero soundproof 2. I didn't like the air conditioner - the room was always wet and it smelled wet 3. I didn't like the washing machine - there was no dryer and it didn't dry clothes at all 4. I didn't like the location - had to order taxi to go anywhere and the road is planned the way that it takes much time for the taxi to go through all the road junctions 5. I didn't like misleading information on the site, when I see photos of one apartment and I live in a completely different apartment 6. I didn't like the host attitude who was not negotiable and provided zero help in solving the noise problem (returning money was not an option for me since I booked beforehand and there were no other options available at the moment) 7. I am regretting that I believed the host rating as it doesn't match at all

Its location is very convenient, with several malls and attractions nearby. The staff also provided excellent service; they were always friendly, helpful, and attentive to any needs I had. • Zainal (9/5): Best place for staycation with small family - The facilities are splendid- water filter, washer, sofa bed, hair dryer and so, i can say very convenience and complete. The staff really helpful with clear instruction, the place is strategic with a good distance to mytown, klcc and town area. The pool, the water like no circulatory, a bit itchy after swimming.

• Naomi (10/5): 200% recommend this superb place - This place was fantastic, definitely a highlight of our travels around SE Asia. The room is excellent; clean, spacious and well equipped (TV, fridge, kettle, toiletries and washing machine). The bed was very comfortable and the shower was beautifully powerful. A fantastic view from the balcony of the pool below, but also of the city skyscrapers (Petronas towers) and we even enjoyed some spectacular lightning at night. As I mentioned before there is a great infinity pool at your disposal, as well as a gym and several higher floors with viewing platforms. The pool is on the roof of the 8th floor so also offers amazing views of the city skyline. There's even a small kids pool, including slide, a barbecue area and water loungers which have jets you can activate. The property has a few shops across the road for all your food and drinks. There's also a train station nearby, which we used to get to the airport. We seriously considered moving to KL because of how much we loved this place Nothing, the place was stunningly perfect.

Staff Miss Lilli was very responsive and helpful which was greatly appreciated. The kitchenette and laundry facilities well met our needs. Would be great if the bathroom has a wall mounted coat rack with hooks.

• Sandra (10/5): Spacious room, great facilities, convenient location. - The room was spacious and well equipped. The view is good from the room, and exceptional from the pool and gym! The gym was great for getting active on hot days, and the pool is beautiful. Being able to do basic self-catering in the room was great (the stove and microwave). Laundry facilities and hanging space are convenient. Easy walking/Grab distance to very pleasant shopping malls (great for hot days). Also close to a great dance club, Spark, for the party animals. The bedroom fan did not seem to work without turning the light on.

And the unit is well maintained by the owner, the location is very near to city centre, where the distance quite okay for us( not so jam) and surrounded by few malls, ikea, mytown, velocity mall& aeon mall. The check in out process is simple & the Staff also very responsive & friendly. Will definitely be back again ☺️😌

• Kim (9/5): Would definitely stay again and recommend - Stayed in one bedroom apartment, Tower B 40th floor. Self check in directions provided on check in day via WhatsApp. Very east to follow. Get the keys from the mailbox and provide your passport details to security (24hrs) for registration. Apartment was modern, spacious and clean. Loved the view from the bedroom balcony and lounge area. Air con and fan inside the bedroom and lounge. Has TV, microwave, full size fridge/freezer, washing machine, water dispenser, kettle, iron, ironing board and hairdryer. Pots, pans, dishes and cutlery if you want to cook. Body wash, shampoo, handwash, dishwashing detergent, washing powder, cleaning products, dust pan and broom, toilet paper and tissues. Suggestions: more towels (for the pool), more pillows, a stick vacuum to tidy up and power point in the bathroom (for hair dryer etc). Gym is on level 9 Swimming pool on level 8 - Sauna inside mens and ladies toilet but you have to turn it on. Other facilities eg mini theatre and entertainment lounge you need to book 7 days in advance. Closest LRT is pudu. Cochrane MRT and Chan Sow Lin MRT/LRT is just a bit further. However to get to Chan Sow Lin you need to walk under the overpass to get to. Or use Grab. Pasar Pudu is just behind the apartment. There is a small food court there. We found the location great and would stay here again. Leave your keys in the same mailbox when checking
• Alex (9/5): If it’s free for your dates, don’t hesitate to book! - For context, we stayed in the Continew complex for 3 weeks in 3 different apartments - this was our favourite and we were gutted not to be able to spend our whole time here instead. It was clean, had everything we needed, a great view from floor 40/50 and a responsive host. Check in process was easy and streamlined. The washing machine was great, powder and softener that we needed was already there, with a wall mounted laundry line on the balcony to hang it all. The filtration system on the tap for hot and cold water was a life (and plastic) saver - you’d be surprised how inconvenient it is to go and buy bottled water as it’s not included in all apartments. The gym was nice and the pool was great too. Mytown shopping centre is really close, and you can walk to another centre called Sunway velocity from there. Cochrane MRT station is right by Mytown and is handy to travel into the city centre. At the time of booking it was also really great value for money. Don’t hesitate if this place is free for your dates! Just a few improvements really to make it a 10, but nothing major: some plants (real or fake) would really make the place feel more homely as it’s quite bare. Better quality tea towels and the microfibre ones were not good. Some basic condiments for cooking would also be useful (salt, pepper, oil). The immediate area around the apartment isn’t that nice, terrible smell from either the wet market or garbage that sometimes reaches the pool area too. However, this place still makes a great base in KL and is no fault of the property, just something to bare in mind.

• Nicola (10/5): Perfect place to stay in KL - The apartment is spacious and clean and feels very secure. It’s also very quiet so you can sleep at night. The kitchen has some equipment so you can enjoy your meals at the apartment. We would be happy to stay here again.

• Osvaldasz (10/5): Perfect family stay place - This apartment and the building - one of the best experiences in Malaysia. Unit was clean, fully furnished, amazing view from 40st floor. Security staff vey friendly, polite, long pool and kids zone working hours. It's never too crowded, nor in the pool or in sky garden. Nearby huge market for morning breakfast and local experience. Worth every cent. Hope to come back soon.

• Jou (10/5): Extordinary view of the room with a fair price - The room is amazing, it is located in the city center with around 10 minutes walking to the closet subway station. The best thing of this condo is the view, it is on the 40th out of 49 floors, so you will get a spetecular view with a fair price. If I come back to KL, this place will definately be the first choice.
