Pemandangan sangat cantik depan tower petronas. Jalan menghala KLCC tiada covered shelter. Panas matahari masaklah. Hujan jadi ayam rebus.

• Anis Farisha (2/5): Far below basic standards, especially for what was charged. - I like the fact that it’s near KLCC. The check-in process was frustrating because I kept being passed to different numbers just to get the access card, and it took a long time to get a reply. Some calls were not answered, which made things difficult. The unit also had a strong cigarette smell eventhough it’s supposed to be non-smoking. The couch, bedsheets, and towels didn’t smell clean either. The shower was incomplete as there was no upper shower head, and I also did not get the room I initially requested. I also don’t like the fact that parking was not provided, especially since we are paying quite a lot for the room. On top of that, parking required an extra RM20, which wasn’t clearly informed earlier. Also, my deposit has not been returned yet. It has already been 5 days and I still haven’t received anything.

• Cheong (1/5): A highly disappointing stay that reflects serious issues in cleanliness, organization, and basic service reliability. ⸻ - Title: Worst stay ever – dirty and chaotic Review: Absolutely terrible. Floors were filthy, bedsheets had stains and dead bugs. They charged extra for parking but then said the spaces were full – so we had to park elsewhere. Their elevator card was missing, forcing us to use the fire elevator. Check-in was supposed to be 4 PM, we didn’t get into the room until after 8 PM. They suggested changing rooms, then suddenly said “no rooms,” so back to the same dirty room. The floor was so dirty our feet turned black again after washing. Could hear every little sound – dragging chairs, everything. Never again. ⸻ Tajuk: Penginapan paling teruk – kotor dan huru-hara Ulasan: Sangat mengecewakan. Lantai kotor, cadar ada kesan dan lalat mati. Bayaran tambahan untuk parkir, tetapi kata tempat penuh, terpaksa parkir di tempat lain. Kad lif hilang, terpaksa guna lif kecemasan. Daftar masuk jam 4 petang, tetapi kami hanya masuk selepas 8 malam. Mereka cadangkan tukar bilik, kemudian tiba-tiba kata “tiada bilik”, kembali ke bilik kotor yang sama. Ensure proper pest control. Manage parking honestly instead of charging extra when spaces are unavailable. Keep essential items like elevator cards properly handled. Improve check-in management to avoid long delays. Do not promise room changes if unavailable. Soundproofing also needs improvement. ⸻ Perkara yang perlu diperbaiki: Tingkatkan kebersihan, terutamanya lantai dan cadar. Pastikan kawalan serangga dilakukan dengan baik. Urus parkir dengan jujur dan jangan kenakan bayaran jika tiada tempat. Jaga kad lif dengan betul. Perbaiki pengurusan daftar masuk supaya tidak lewat. Jangan janji tukar bilik jika tiada bilik. • Usman (9/5): The value was brilliant. Great location, view, amenities and host was helpful throughout - The location was incredible. 5-minute walk away from huge Suria mall and less than 10m walk away from Petronas Towers & train station. Also, some food places nearby walking distance. However, to get to anywhere else, you may need to get taxi or train. I got Grab (like Uber) taxis everywhere and it was cheap. With the specific room package we paid for, we were on 57th floor and the view was incredible of the Petronas Tower from one side. The room we paid for had everything we needed. 3 bedrooms, kitchen, washing machine, dryer, kettle, plates, glasses, cups, forks and spoons (but no knives). Air conditioners and fans. Clean apartment. 2 towels each provided. Wi-Fi worked great. The host was great, when I ran out of toilet paper he provided more. When i first went to use washing machine, there was no powder/detergent, but i informed him and he brought some down for use for rest of time. I got deposit back in cash at end of stay after seeing we hadn't caused any issues. To get into apartment, message and ring host when outside, but remain in contact with host from the moment you get to airport. Just keep him informed of potential arrival time. (You may want to get a Malaysian sim card at Airport). Hour away from airport by taxi/car. I can't comment on car parking. It may be my fault, but I wasn't fully sure how payment worked. I thought it was going to be taken by card in advance but have to pay cash in local currency when I arrived. So, make sure you bring enough money in Malaysian Ringgit including extra for the deposit to pay for the stay. I brought some MYR but had to go to a cash machine to get the rest. I did notice some tiny ants sometimes in kitchen, but the tip is to keep everything clean, wash plates, no food out or crumbs and take out the bin every day to the disposal (down the hall) and it's not too big an issue. Also noticed some tiny cockroaches come through the shower drain from the bottom on occasion, but it was only one or two and they were so small I didn't even know what they were at first. When in a room near the top, be aware there can be queues to get the lift at the bottom or can take a few to wait for lift from your floor or at bottom. Just to be aware of this. If ordering a taxi from an app (like Grab), book it once you're out of the lift. Instead of while in your room as could take longer than expected to get out. Also, taxis can't wait around long outside apartment due to central location.

• Farah Nur Iman (7/5): - The apartment itself is nice and very close to KLCC (around 5 min walk). We get a pretty nice view of the KLCC tower even though it is from the side. The building car park is very narrow especially if you bring a bigger car. Thankfully, the host gave us a parking at the lower level since our car is big so it is easier to park.

The microwave is missing its plate, which makes it inconvenient to use. Additionally, there is no dish rack, and no cookware was provided upon our arrival. Despite repeated requests, the agent has only supplied two items.

Слышно соседей. Удалось уснуть только когда город стих и на улице стало меньше гоняющих машин.

The location is absolutely perfect—just a short walking distance to the iconic Petronas Twin Towers and nearby shopping malls, restaurants, and transport options. The apartment was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The bed and shower facilities were excellent, making the stay relaxing after a long day. Staff and management were responsive and helpful whenever needed. Security in the building is good, and the environment feels safe. It’s a great option for families, groups, or even short business stays. Overall, this place offers great value for money with a prime city-center location. I would definitely recommend it and would love to stay here again in the future.

I bestick fanns skedar och gafflar. En kökskniv. Stora fina ytor. 3 stora fina sovrum och bra sängar. Tvättmaskin och torktumlare fungerande. Fanns en rejäl burk med tvättmedel. Wifi fanns och fungerande bra. Man hörde trafiken utanför. Fast vi var på 26 våningen. Det fanns bara 1 handuks krok i båda toaletterna. Saknade glasplatta i mikrovågsugnen. Vanlig ugn fanns inte. Plasttallrikar som hade bubblor i sig efter micron. (Vi använde inte dem i micro.) Städningen kommer tydligen inte automatiskt. Smuts fläckar på soffan och den var nedsutten. Skärbräda saknas. Disktrasa saknas. Glasskålar som man kan mickra i. Brödrost saknas. De kunde inte dra deposit avgiften på kort så det var tur att vi hade kontanter på oss, 200 ringgit.
