• Guest (5/5): It was a reasonable shelter but more can be done. - Perhaps the location was good. There was atleast a lotus mall nearby. Property was cleaned before we arrived. The host was good enough to let us know that some delay was expected, even though we came in later as well. 1. Collection of keys - the letterbox is outside of the building. Those who do have access, will have to wait for someone to let us in. Since it is our first time we did not know where is this letter box located as well. 2. Quality of furniture in the apartment. We had 2 bedrooms, the headboard of one of the bed was torn at a certain part. 3. Others - There was a broken part on the door of the room my sister used. The heater was leaking when turned on. Quite a bit of things needs to be fixed.

The facilities were quite dated, from parking up to the inside of the unit, it's very obvious. The cleanliness of the unit and facilities was also very lacking.

• Sergey (8/5): Overall very good, the swimming pool is especially good. - Prompt responses from the owner. Friendly and helpful security guards. Fantastic swimming pool. Comfortable beds and additional mattresses. Good Wi-fi, TV with Youtube. Good conditioners in all rooms, good water-heaters in both bathrooms. Shampoo, shower gel, dishwasher detergent, clothes washing detergent, everything was provided. Supermarket and a few restaurants just across the street. Ants. Minor inconveniences like insufficient cutlery (only one spoon for example), insufficient clothes hangers, broken kettle lid, unfixed toilet lid in one of the toilets, broken chair on the balcony. Old and uncomfortable sofa in the living room. Only one access card.

The management told their only hv 1 double bed And 1 single bed Apartment wen we Arrive there only .Very dissapointed. Cause we reach there night And i hv carry baby wt me need to Find new Apartment very difficult situations for us. Lastly we sleep in leaving room 🥲 the management got refund us RM 50. So next time we need to cal the management before booking. My last travel wt booking.com🥲😡

• Chan (5/5): No thanks - Nothing much to comment During check-in, the host requested us to leave the passport with the guard in exchange for the visitor pass. I declined and mentioned that I could not leave an important document out of my sight. I asked her for an alternative or that she could assist in coordinating with the guard upon check-in. Her reply was, "Just register." "Got problem call me. " We told the guard we did not bring any documents with us, eventually he let us in. During checkout, the host was not very responsive. Even when I texted, I'd deposited the keys and access card to the letter box. She did not reply at all. She only provided all the check-in information after several attempts of me checking with her. Even if she didn't have the information, then she should at least be proactive to update the guest that she would revert once she had all the info on hand. The condition of the unit is 6/10. The building gives a weird vibe if you know what I mean.

• Sze (9/5): Good place for group stay - The person-in-charge was friendly and responded promptly. It was a rather comfortable stay for my family. The TV also had channels from Singapore if we wanted to watch something familiar. A few small problems with the heater being loud, but we worked around that.

• Gaitri (3/5): Overall stay was satisfactory. - Bed was comfortable. Host provided detailed check in instructions. Few things. Cleanliness of the living room and kitchen could have been better. The living room floor was super sticky, and there were stains/watermarks on kitchen floor left unmopped. Kitchen area was kinda smelly too. Dishwashing soap was empty. Toilet door knob was almost broken and left unfixed. No shower cream provided in one of the washrooms. Washroom was kinda stinky too (smell from outlet). There was no ironing board provided to iron clothes. Disposable toiletries (toothbrush and toothpaste) and 3 in 1 coffee packets could have been provided. TV only had few channels but it was manageable for 1 night stay.

• Calyn (10/5): Exceptional - The wide space and cleanliness, with a mini mart at the ground floor and Lotus's just right behind the apartment. Kitchen is equipped for cooking. Quite close to all major places we wanted to go to, as well, with free parking. The beds and pillows were a bit too soft or lumpy, but that's personal preference
