- Safli Helmi (5/5): Suggest to do some upgrade and refurbishment for future user. - The swimming pool and Gym provided meet our expectation. The necessities for a house rented to be used should be upgrade. Furnitures are quite old and theres a possibility of risk to easily damage.

Kitchen facility The stove was not working well Pots are damaged, with available pots, it has a hole which we can't even do maggi soup. Required mirror in every room for make up

- Safli (5/5): With my stay only 1 night, i am considering its acceptable but improvement is a must. - The house is very spaciuos cos not much of furniture. The registration and entering the house are very wel brief and make it very easy for tenant. The pool are very big and facilities provided are well maintain good condition. The kitchen utilities provided are not enough, not well kept and clean. Basic items like tissue, damp cloth not provided. Furniture provided are not so comfy. Cleanliness are not good even with less furniture, we can easily find dust on the corner.
- Abdul (4/5): Disappointing - Owner is very prompt and instructions are very clear despite very long. Unit is to far from Guard House. Not recomended for guest with disabled persons or elderly. Car park is at 10th floor which means you have to drive 10 floors up to be able to park your car.

- Ai (2/5): Very poor - The facility in the house is really not suitable to stay and not worth for money at all: No water dispenser - Towel with dirty stains and bad smell - Only a cheap shower gel is provided, no shampoo - Dirty curtain and can really see is been a years that wasn't wash - The master bedroom aircon is aging and can see the water leaking mark. No cooling - Only a small mirror is provided in living area. toilet mirror can't really be used if someone is using the toliet - No makeup table in the room - Limited toilet paper available and no tissue - Free parking is provided but is very inconvenient to park because is at level 5 and it takes about 5-8 mins to go around the parking area to get into the parking lot Overall, we are very disappointed with the stay. And is really not worth the price we pay.

- Starmoon (3/5): If you don't mind the cleaness, can go ahead to book the room. - The security of the house is very good, although the system is very troublesome that the guests have to sign in each time when go inside and exit the house site. We dislike the room, the main reason is the room is very dirty! Every place full of the dust! Especially the air conditioner at the living room! The curtains are dirty, the top of the beds are full of dust, one of the toilet's cover is broken, one of the shower room is sucked. The sofas are dirty too, we feel uncomfortable 😕. We stayed at many nights, we are very regreted to book this home stay apartment. We just wanted to leave there as soon as possible.
