Guest Reviews
- Maurice (9/5): a perfect place to explore the city - location and cleanliness nothing

- CY (10/5): - L'emplacement.

- Aleksej (9/5): Nice small and comfortable apartment with good connections - Liked location, walkable distance to/from the city center, but better with public transport and many options are available.
Got everything we needed from the apartment.
Comfortable an cozy studio.
Welcoming and helpful host. Being too picky maybe, but door lock looked a bit weak. Some wear and tear, but not critical.
- Dragos (10/5): Perfect stay: not too far from the center, in a quiet area. - Location was great for us. Quiet area. A few decent restaurant options. Supermarket nearby.
The property had everything we needed for the stay. Plentry of room. Comfortable. There is nothing the host can do about this, but it's worth mentioning here so people are aware: the apartment is at the last floor of the building and the access stairs are narrow and abrubt (typical for this type of house). Someone with mobility issues or with large suitcases might find these difficult to navigate.
- Julia (8/5): Autentisches Amsterdamfeeling - Altbau mit Charme, Alles vorhanden, was man benötigt, Praktisch eingerichtet. Sehr hellhörig, laute Nachbarn.

- Sara (9/5): Excel.lent!

- Mestres (10/5): Exceptional -
- Svetla (10/5): Exceptional - Small but cosy, clean, well designed and well equipped loft studio. Hospitable and accomodating host - arranged a free early check in and left a bottle of lovely red wine for wellcome. Very narrow, steep and spiral stairs to the 4th floor - difficult to climb with a big heavy suitecase.
- Dimosthenis (10/5): sensational - location , vibe , vfm , cozy -
- Michael (3/5): Poor - Close to the city center.
Right next to the tram stop.
Beautiful surroundings.
Typical Dutch staircase - narrow stairs to heaven.
Good price/quality ratio.
Beautiful view from the window
Coffee maker + coffee capsules The apartment was cold throughout our stay. The temperature in the room was around 15 degrees. The radiator under the window by the kitchenette only heated 10 cm of length (apparently needed venting), the air conditioning did not work. We communicated with the landlord that the room was cold, unfortunately we only received general advice, no one seemed to personally check what the problem was directly in the accommodation.
- Divyanand (7/5): Charming, value for money and convenient location - Excellent location with very good bus and trams connectivity to centre of Amsterdam. The neighborhood was great with a canal right beside the property and an old windmill with a micro brewery. The loft apartment was good size for two to three people as there was a large double bed and a sofa bed. Facilities were good and pleasantly the host had a bottle of lovely red wine on arrival for the guests. There was a Nespresso coffee machine and lot of different tea bags to use. It was on the 4th floor in a traditional dutch style old building which was charming but it meant the stairs were narrow, spiral and steep like climbing a tree so anyone with lot of luggage or elderly people cannot stay here at all. Even people having difficulty with their mobility cannot consider this as an option.
- Dimos (8/5): Very good -
- Andrei (7/5): Good -
- Mariia (10/5): Very cozy apartment, we liked it - Very cozy, small studio apartment. There were three of us and it didn't feel cramped. Conveniently located - a tram is right outside the entrance, you can take it to the center. Comfortable bed and pillows. There is air conditioning, a refrigerator, a microwave, the kitchen is fully equipped, only a stove is missing, but we did not need it. Special thanks for the coffee machine and capsules!!! Coffee in the morning is what you need, while all the cafes are closed :)
We did not meet the owners in person, we checked in independently, the instructions were very clear - there were no problems. Finding a bottle of wine from the owners was also very nice!
The apartment is on the 4th floor and the stairs are very steep, but you have to understand that in old houses in the Netherlands this is everywhere. For us it was not a problem, although two of us are 52 and 59 years old. We always smiled while going down or up it :)))
The apartment is in the attic, which means the ceiling is slanted. However, our son, while 2 meters tall, never complained and never bumped anything, so it also wasn't an issue :)
We liked Miriam's Suite, thank you for your hospitality !
- Anne (10/5): Exceptional -
- Pippaccio (8/5): Bello, ma le scale... - The loft is cute, with all staffs in the kitchen. Also wine bottle for the welcome was nice! The loft is at 3rd floor without elevator, the stairs were too narrow and steep for a child. It is not equipped with tools to clean the floor.
- Lais (7/5): Good location with affordable price for Amsterdam - Attention to the stairs - The apartment is cute, quite organized and it was clean. It had everything we needed and the owner was friendly, handled well all situations and let a very appreciated gift, which I think is a awesome detail.
The location is good, close to tram station to the center, so good for the price, since everything in Amsterdam is expensive. As in all the reviews the stairs, I think should also be a warning in the description, since it`s like a climbing situation.
For us was still ok, but can be though with big luggage and for older people ( houses in Netherlands can be like this) - the quality of the apartment compensates it.
Also the bathroom is quite small, but fine for us too. And the price - 70 euros per person for a small apartment in 3 people -but again, this is Amsterdam.
- Eugenia (9/5): Superb -
- Mike (7/5): Quiet, relaxing but could improve kitchen equipment and bathroom decoration. - Quiet, netflix, easy to control temperature. Sparsely equipped kitchen. Needs a microwave and sharp knives. Stairs not easy.
- Griffiths (10/5): Great location for exploring Amsterdam - Right outside tram stop 14 that takes you straight to central station. We had the top floor. A nice little secluded apartment with everything you need Nothing really. Was a nice location. May be difficult with people with reduced mobility as it is up 4 flights of stairs that are really narrow.
- Miro (8/5): Very good -
- Julie (8/5): Very good - Great location. Within walking distance of everything we wanted to see and tram stop straight out front. Stairs but very typical of Amsterdam. Just be prepared.
- Vladimir (7/5): good option for its price -
- Petroškevič (10/5): great location, tram is right in front of the building. app is clean and good looking. -
- Varun (8/5): Small but well done up apartment. Very accommodating host. - 4 floors to climb. Too much if u have heavy luggage. Wasn’t a problem for us as we were aware.
- Shaheen (10/5): Exceptional -
- Tudor (8/5): Very good -
- Justyna (9/5): Superb - The appartment was really nice and clean, we had everything we needed. The tram stop is just in the front of the building then it is so easy to get to the center Getting on the 4th floor,, especially with the big suitcase was a challenge 😉
- Sebastian (8/5): Would come back! - Very nice room and very clean in an old Amsterdam house. It is well connected via tram. For some, the stairs up to the rooms will be too steep. The staircase is really small, so maybe not for very old people or people with strollers and babies.
- Finlay (9/5): Superb -
- Saule (9/5): Great value for the money - Easy to find, good instructions by the owner to get keys, small flat, but had everything we needed. We found it useful to have a small kitchenette for coffee and tea. We also had a last minute change to have one more guest and the owners were totally fine about that. Easy and quick connection by tram to the centre, although it is also walkable distance.
- Nikolic (10/5): Exceptional - Very clean and goog looking flat
