• MOHAMMED (10/5): لا انسى صاحب الشقه عبدالوهاب كان غايه في الكرم واللطف والمرؤه ولو كان هناك ما استطيع وصفه فيه لما ادخرت ولكن نعم الرجل - النظافة وتوافر جميع المتطلبات في الشقه وجمال الشقه وكأنك في فندق 5 نجوم وتميزها وقربها من جميع احتياجات العائله لايوجد

• Al (9/5): Super Hosts and Nice Facility - Location. Perfect for me as I had a car. Also close to mosque, restaurants, hypermarket, Al Nakheel Mall, many laundry shops, barber shop, car wash and fuel station. Parking. There is designated car parking but sometimes other tenants occupy it. Alternative free parking available. Internet. Available. Cleanliness. The facility is clean but you need to have slippers on as floor is not. Slippers are provides. Hosts. Super nice and friendly, well-organized and very helpful. Facility. New and nice facility. Large sitting area for 10, large TV, full kitchen, washer/dryer, ironing tools, vacuum, good size 2.5 toilets, massage chair, dining table for 6 Comfort. The beds are not comfortable and the walls are not sound proof, you can hear neighbours voice and noises from

I would definitely book this property again when I come and would recommend it to everyone as well. Can’t think of anything of what not to like about the property 😃

• Imranshah (10/5): Our family of five was thoroughly impressed with everything throughout our stay! - Over the course of our eight-night vacation, our family of five was thoroughly impressed with everything. The apartment suite is very well equipped and spacious. Like everything, the Smart TVs are of the highest calibre. All the necessary comfort is provided by the furniture and bedding! Each of the three bathrooms is spacious and effectively equipped. The air conditioning is excellent, and the lighting is trendy throughout. At this wonderful place, the list of extras is just endless! The support that was provided was courteous, timely, and unforgettable! We are looking forward to return to this magnificent Riyadh property on our next visit!

Firstly, the apartment is very comfortable for living due to lot of bedrooms and the fully equipped kitchen. The huge TV monitor, two suitable sofas, balcony, ... Secondly, very short time to reach RICEC (Exhibition Center) is the greatest advantage of apartment's location. You can find a many place for eating, buying foods and drinking the perfect coffee. Everything is perfect.

Spacious living room, 3 toilets, 2 with shower. decor is great. bedrooms decent size. Excellent streaming services . Location was great, Mall walking distance, and so many restaurants and cafes near by, also walking distance. Would be nice to have a safe installed in the apartment. Dining table is too high, would be better with higher chairs. Didn't have neopresso machine.
