- Abdulaziz (10/5): If you from out of Riyadh , this place is very suitable for you. - I would start first with the host very helpful and responsive, second the location is very attractive with all the surroundings ( groceries- coffee shops - restaurants- delivery options) and also the place is very clean and well organized, the space is perfect and it’s what you need the living room bedroom and the toilet. 3rd the amount of the rent is affordable unlike the others. Would highly recommend. Nothing tbh.

- Naif Saud Alharbi (10/5): Well I'll give a 10 out of 10 - Well I like the cleanness of the place Plus I am a clean person myself so what I like that they had all the cleaning tools I love this never seen in all my Travels. The personnels that I communicated with they were all very friendly. * The internet is amazing they also have another router in the bedroom, so you'll get access from anywhere in the apartment. * Basically, they had it all, even a laundry machine, a new one plus a brand new smart TV plus Netflix subscription, and also Shahid subscription.

Iron, hair dryer, coffee machine, stove, water boiler, washing machine, refrigerator, and smart TV, all in great condition and all with all their necessary accessories. The flat was cleaned prior to check-in. The host was polite and attentive. The check-in was a little confusing due to the entrance location. Some noise from neighbors was mildly inconvenient at some points throughout the evening.
