• Hardik (2/5): Good property but poor in service... - Location, Excellent Property, Excellent No one was there to do the formalities or to introduce the property ( was waiting outside the property for almost 15-20 min to get access). All you have to do is manage yourself with the help of WhatsApp chat only. The team was working with WhatsApp only and trying to resolve everything by WhatsApp. We were 7 guests staying for 2 nights at the property, and only 3 sets of towels were provided. When asked for more, we were informed that it's chargeable and will cost 49 SAR per towel (in that cost, I can buy 2 towels brand new). No Internet at the start of our stay, required to take help (through WhatsApp), one guy came and fixed it later on. No toiletries supply even after we asked for it. No tissue box, hardly 10 odd tissues (not box, some tissues) in 3 bedrooms. Poor service... I checked the review from the previous visitor (not that detailed), even though I took a risk and was disappointed. No housekeeping in between. The beds are Chinese and of poor quality. You can hardly sleep (if sensitive to a sound). Not worth the price they are asking for...
