• Maria Lia (10/5): Good value - Close to Khaosan road, central location, very kind staff who gave me an extra key when my friend took the original ones and was away. Very comfy beds and extra space. Had a clothes hanger, fridge, microwave. 7 eleven nearby as well as restaurants. All good. No room service but I think it was because we didn't ask for extra towels or cleaning because we didn't need.

• Can (10/5): Perfect - This was my third time booking this accommodation in the last three years, and once again it was absolutely fantastic. The location is amazing, the rooms are extremely clean and very well equipped. The staff is incredibly kind and welcoming, which really makes the stay special. The location is also perfect – for example, it’s less than a 10-minute walk to Khaosan Road. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Staff were lovely friendly and very helpful The shower was ok but could have had better pressure. Not the worst complaint you could have as it did work and was ok but just a tiny little negative

Even helped me collect and change address for a DHL delivery beyond my days in the apartment. On arrival, the host was there to recevie us with thekeys to the apartment. Bonus - the host can communicate very well in both written and spoken english. suggest to keep a rice cooker, few pots/pans and a stove to prepare breakfast :)

Check in was straightforward and hosts were communicative. Apartment doesn’t have a view or balcony so it lacks charm but is near to tourist attractions. Apartment is next to a main busy road so you can hear cars at night. Higher price than other similar properties.

Caring people with amazing service. Some towels were a little dirty but it may just have been stains. Nothing that affected our stay.

• Toh (9/5): Clean, comfortable and really spacious !!! - The room I chose was really spacious: 60 square meters, consisted of 2 rooms link by a narrow enclosed hallway, with a total of 3 beds and a leather couch, literally the room could sleep 4 people! 1) I booked the room for 4 nights, there is no daily cleaning services, you have to be mindlful to keep the place neat and tidy at all time, with your own effort. 2) No lift for 2nd, 3rd and 4th floors, but they have a lady staff to help you to carry your luggages up the stairs - remember to give tips..;))

They also prepare the washing machine for guest to use. We have rent a car they borrowed us their children seat. Car park guest can use. Hints you can also get a lot. apartment locates in the relative quiet place and easy to access to airport with bus and also for explore Bangkok with public transportation. Good space for family.

• Jo (8/5): Good value for money. Good location. - The location was excellent! It’s about 15 minute walk from Kho San road. Great value for money if you are just wanting to put your head down. The advice a previous reviewer gave about mentioning the ATM machine on the main road when booking taxis worked a treat! We never had any issues with them finding us. The apartment was clean. The air con worked well. The shower facilities were decent. All in all a good location at a very good price. With public transportation being so cheap, it was a good place to stay. The only slight negative was the reception we received from the hotel owner, who wasn’t overly welcoming considering we’d just arrived in Bangkok. He quickly showed us around and that was all we saw of him for 4 days.
• Dmytro (10/5): Good location, great appartment - The host had met us at 5-6:00 in the morning to give us the keys, which was nice (we booked the apartment from the day before, so it was extra-late check-in, not early). There are supermarkets nearby and you can get to most of the attractions (Palace, many temples, central streets) by foot. Not a negative, but an advice: A kitchenette would be very nice to have!

• March (10/5): Excellent apartment - Really spacious apartment, sleeps 3 comfortably but could sleep 6. Very clean and free washing machine use on rooftop terrace with great night views of the city. Location on quiet alley but in walking distance to Khoasan, Rajadamneon and Rama 8 River bus stop. Overall great choice and really excellent value. All good
• Luca (9/5): Perfect place to stay for both a short and longer stay in Bangkok! - We had a great stay. The flat is large, clean and stylishly furnished. The beds were very comfortable and definitely upscale hotel quality. Bathroom was also clean with large tropical rain shower. Although you can hear the street outside during the day when it is very quiet, I never found it disturbing at night and slept very well. The owners were very friendly, helpful and available at any time, but not intrusive at all. Location is also excellent. There's several restaurants, street food stalls and 7/11s as well as a pharmacy nearby, so all of your daily needs can be taken care of within minutes of walking. Still close but far enough away from the crowds around Khao San, but still in the middle of the old town and within walking distance to all the main sights (Using Grab or Bolt is also very convenient and affordable from there). You can also get to the airport very quickly by taxi, as the highway is close by. We will definitely be back for our next stay in Bangkok! Everything was lovely. Can only say that some grab drivers sometimes had difficulties finding the apartment. However, this was also easily solved by simply booking the trips to or from the ATM on the main road. (Walking distance of less than 50 metres). So this is really not an issue at all

Washing machine and dying area in the roof top is very helpful, especially when you're staying with the family. Relatively convenient location from the airport ( less than 30 mts on express way) and under 15 minutes to the city centre. Host is very accommodative and responsive. The contact number listed in booking.com is not functional..

• Mitchell (8/5): We had a pleasant enough stay in a large, quiet, comfortable apartment. - We were very pleased with the size of our apartment, which had separate bedroom with a lockable door to secure it from the rest of the apartment. The bathroom (shower, toilet and vanity) was surprisingly large and roomy. The kitchen was very basic with only a small fridge, microwave and sink. The property, while comfortable, is not close to anything of note. Even buying food required a taxi or tuk-tuk ride to and from the property.

• Anastasiia (10/5): Exceptional - Stayed here for 2 weeks. Cosy apartment with two rooms. The beds are comfy, we always had hot water, fresh towels. There were a microwave and a fridge in the room, and a possibility to use the washing machine. The apartment really is soundproof - wonderful for those who have to be online (very good and stable wifi!) at the odd hours. The location is nice - not too far from most of the sights, bus stops nearby, grab drivers find the location easily. Very helpful host! Sometimes the neighboring construction site is noisy in the morning, but that's hardly the apartment's fault.

• Alex (10/5): A hidden away gem! - Very clean, very friendly staff, huge appartment, nice and quiet. Everything was great, except the location. It is less than a 15 minute walk to Soi rambuttri, one of the main backpacker streets with Khao San, however public transportation (metro, BTS, or Skytrain) are a 25 minute walk away. The surrounding are itself doesn't have that much to offer, but within a 10 minute walk you can find street food and plenty to keep you busy. All in all, definitely stay here if you want a spacious, clean place close to Khao San, just without the hecticness
